By their own supposition they blocked my account during paid subscription time! I provided all requested documents, my puppies, website and personal info. They acted as they are Homeland security alike Unfortunatelly, after all documents sent they denied anyway to bring my account back on. But the most amazing issue is - they ve never refunded my subscription payment!

I bought an English Bulldog from Route 66 English Bulldogs. After receiving my money, Alcia Dyke informed me that the dog had enlarged testicles. The dog was being purchased as a stud. I demanded my money back 8 times and she refused.
I posted a bad review on Puppyfind and it was removed. I contacted Puppyfind and they told me to send them all my emails about the sale. Within 3 hours of getting all the emails showing that I was not informed after the dog having cancer till after the money was sent, Puppyfind refused to re-post my bad review and told me to sue her.
It's true, they only care about their clients who pay them their monthly fee.

When puppyfind.com changed over to puppies.com a lot of problems did come up. It is finally fixed and working fairly well. I have changed the score from 1 to 4. They have been responsive to the problems in the new website and fixed them.

DavidsonPups near Lawton Iowa was were we went to get the best cockapoo pup that we could have dream possible. The farm was a real nice place and we could see how all their dogs were healthy and well taken care of. They were also able to answer all our question and help us in any way they could. I was looking for months to find the right puppy. I looked on every website and then I looked on puppyfind and found Peaceful Acres Bernese and they had really good reviews. I message Rose and she was really nice and caring. She messages me back right away with the information that I needed. I went to go see the puppy that I wanted, when I met her and her family they were really loving and you could see that she took care of her dogs, not a puppymill. I took home Bailey (black) and my dad bought Blu (gray). They made the experience amazing and I'm happy that i met them because I got the best dog that I have always wanted.

Terrible! I adopted a golden retriever that was purchased from a breeder on this site and they gave it up 5 days after they got her. This sweet girl is 8 month old and has hip dysplasia. I reached out to the breeder and asked for pictures of the parents and health background. They couldn't tell me who the parents were and said they will look into it and get back to me. I've never heard back. Seems like a puppy mill. It's obvious they are breeding dogs with hip dysplasia. I have had many Goldens and always purchase them from a breeder that I've researched and visited. Do your homework!

I purchased a puppy from Laura Stanford! She is very reliable and helpful. She FaceTimed me showing me the pup I wanted. She met us 30 minutes away from her house for free. We took how our sweet Meli and we are so in love with her!

I recently purchased my little bundle of joy from Delmar Hochstetler in Middlebury Indiana. So blessed God placed Delmar in my life when I was about ready to give up on finding my fur baby. We recently purchased our 8 week old boxer puppy from Centeno boxers. We found them on puppyfinder and iv had nothing but a great experience! These people are Scam artist, I thought to trust them while buying our Cane Corso $1000, man was I wrong. For the first month people kept asking me his breed so we got a dna test. Surprise after another 45 days growing closer and closer to our family we finally get the results. Not 1% Cane Corso. I reached out to them at the second number they use+1 (786) they insisted (382) he was Cane Corso at first (6333), then after the results (Great Dane American BullDog Rot an others) "oh we will take him back and you wait one month we'll give you a Cane Corso. Firstly my family has grown to love our dog, Secondly they were selling a Great Dane for $400 yet I paid $1000 for our pup. Thirdly I asked for less than difference be sent back $400 and he goes on to tell me he never gives money back and he doesn't answer many people's call and I should be happy he's answering mine.

We have two corgis that we found on puppyfind. We got them from Aspen Meadows Ranch Corgis in Colorado. They are extremely healthy and very social. I actually loved the first pup so much I saved for two years to get a second one. The breeder, Judy, is so great in how she socializes the pups before the get to the forever home. Just couldn't be more happy!

Unbelievable, I posted some puppies which I have done for years, and someone posted claiming they bought a puppy over a years ago, which never happened to this fake claimed person, turns out it was a competitor, i contacted puppies.com and was told-they could do nothing as the person "claimed" to have bought a puppy, which never happened, after this event puppies.com should disable and remove posting-testimonial section. I found a male border collie less than 45 minutes from my house. Once there me, my wife, and the breeder clicked. Offered me food to take home, and had all the 1st rounds of shots and vet report.

We love oc pup scouts! All the walkers are kind and sweet! They love dogs!
They are patient with our over weight and often tired golden! And they love Freddie even with his anxiety. Jenevieve Is so good and encouraging.

The website does have a few legit people. This is where I got my new dog. However, you need to be very, very careful about dogs sold from puppy mills or scammers. I did hear a ton of people saying that I need to be careful about who I get a dog from

Several times I have found a puppy on this site. I contact the seller, they say the puppy cannot be picked up until a later date. I ask can you put a hold on the puppy, they say yes. I take a vacation day so I'll be home I contact the seller a day in advance, everything is good. Then all of a sudden someone puts a deposit on the puppy & the seller says they are selling the puppy to someone else. Never once do they say a deposit is needed, and I actually pay to be on this site. Don't waste your time here, unless you want your time wasted.

Highly recommend! Vicky is more than helpful through the process of buying your puppy. She sends pictures and updates regularly. She makes you feel like your puppy is a part of your family from day one. Our puppy is adorable and a great addition to our family!

We got a puppy that was advertised in Anaheim, Ca. When we inquired she was in. Chula Vista a town that borders Mexico. She said the puppy was two months but the puppy was really only 4-5 weeks old as confirmed by a vet. She admitted the dog was born in Tijuana and brought over. We were given a false shot record from Mexico. Fortunately the puppy was very healthy and we were experienced in caring for young puppies. She continues to post with different user names.

They do not verify their sellers. They are not required to list a city or a phone number. Those things should be a red flag, but I made the mistake of not reading everything on the website. Purchased a puppy from out of state with no city name but did have a phone number. The puppy came with a parasite. The breeder claimed it had been dewormed, but the vet says otherwise. There is no way to get this reimbursed as this would not be considered a serious disease. Nor would I pay for transport again to send the puppy back. I regret using this site.

I had recently bought a puppy on puppy find from David Miller. He was very nice and took really good care of our puppy she's nice and healthy and the cutest puppy ever. I highly recommend getting a puppy from him.

I inquired about a dog that I thought I would be meeting this weekend, however, the person I thought I was talking to was a nice farmer from the same state as me. Turns out not soooo much- they could not provide me with currently photos via text of the dog when I asked and the photo they did send was the one on the dog's page that turned out to be traced back to China. How I know this? I saved the photo they texted me and saw the time and date on the picture thanks to my iPhone. Just be careful! Who knows what would have happened if I met up with them or if they asked for my money.
