Wow where to start. Since they redid there whole page it seems like everything is missing. I can't even find the logout button. If you weren't in for a while it wants you to verify your user name and email through your email account. Well I can't remember my username and it gives you No options to reset your user name, so you're potentially 100% locked out a puppy find if you cannot remember your user name. Then I wanted to reach out to puppy find and every time I tried it keeps saying I have to upgrade my membership first to even contact them. Then it's saying my free trial is up and it's giving me no options except to upgrade if I want to speak with them or do a listing. I am also confused on that because there's no other spot to put a listing for free either. You used to be able to do a listing for free and now there is no option for that after your free trial runs out. I guess that's what they're calling it. Then they want $30 a month and Not everybody has 100 dogs to sell monthly. Absolutely ridiculous. Their new page is the most complicated page to use and has no options and is missing so much stuff that you need. Like how to reset something when your in the verification process and can't remember your username, or how to find the log out button, or how your supposed to contact them without upgrading your membership and what happened to the free listing, unless you no longer can do that no more ones the trial is over. Their old page was perfect and they went and changed everything now I don't even wanna get back on that page ever again because it's that complicated. Makes me want to start my own page just so somebody can have a easy simple page to use. I have no idea why they did all that it was fine the way it was. I guess redoing the page gave them an excuse to no longer do free listenings. That's why they came up with the free trial thing, so then after that you have to upgrade to use their page. Definitely not a fan anymore of this page
