“Scam”

Scam - I purchased a jacket from this website in February and have not received the merchandise. I have left several messages that were promised to be returned within 24 hours. I have never received any confirmation which was promised when the order was place. What is this world comming to? My son worked hard to save up his money to only be scammed in the end.
