After more than a month working with Pure Talk we still didn't have an account with them. When we would call them we would be on hold waiting for an agent for up to an hour. The agent didn't always know the answer to our question. The company is quite understaffed. Be careful and check the final amount you will pay, it's not as cheap as they say.
