We signed up with them a year ago. They gave us $1000 toward new phones and the service has been upgraded twice for free. Other reviews on here are highly suspect with no specifics so I had to speak up. Every time I called customer service they were helpful and fast. The bill is under $100 a month for two good lines. We never run out of mobile data ever.

I switched to Pure Talk because my previous carrier would increase my rates every few months. I had been with the carrier for several years and got tired of the increases. Keeping my phone and switching to Pure Talk was easy. However, this being my fourth month with Pure Talk, I noticed a slight increase in my bill. My plan cost was the same and taxes did not increase where I live (I checked) so the increase had to be a fee. After waiting on hold for several minutes, a female came on the line and asked how she could help. When I explained, she replied she did not know why there was an increase, but would find out. She never returned to my call. I stayed on hold long enough that it eventually kicked me out of the call and back into the original greeting from Pure Talk where you pick a selection. Sounds like they take customer service training from a cable company. I am now on hold again with a second customer service rep and still have no answer.

I followed what was on the Pure Talk website to determine if my phone was compatible and website stated it was. I ordered the *** card and after receiving it I attempted to transfer my number to the new service. After an hour on the phone with tech support I am told my phone is NOT compatible. My original service is a pre paid ******* plan. I was unable to get my service reactivated online and had to drive to a ******* retail store, after two hours there the representative was unable to reestablish my phone number and I will not be refunded

PureTalk USA is a phone service site. An overview: You choose your plan, the amount of data you want, if any, and whether you want a triple punch sim card (free; for if you already have a phone; includes three different size sim cards). I like this service because it gives you a lot of options. Note: I have not yet used their service, but I will write another review once I have used it after Christmas.
We signed up for Puretalk cell phone service, and were unable to get our phone activated. We have been trying to conte t them since last Friday, (today is Monday the 8th) Today alone, we have been on hold for 3 hours and 20 minutes, and are not even able to cancel the service. I want to cancel, but we have no method.
If truetalk can't support us, they should give us a reasonable method of canceling.

Consumer Cellular; Unlimited talk and text + 500MB data = $25.00 + tax per month
PureTalk; Unlimited talk and text + 2GB data = $20.00 per month (Veteran owned business)
With my veterans discount I pay PureTalk $17.00 + tax per month
With the above plan, for a non-veteran you pay $5.00 less per month for 4 times the data with PureTalk!
They pretend to be a good company, but as soon as you join them they ignore you.
THEY ARE THE WORST!
