I have been buying from
Them for many years and ordered one monogram bag on the 18th of July.
I received a message on 27/7 advising a tracking number would be sent in a few days and an apology as they were moving warehouse.
I was charged approx $65.00more for the bag (not happy) than was advertised
Secondly I have still not received the bag
The site doesn't exist?
All numbers are disconnected!
Looks like I have lost my $350 dollars.
I'm very disappointed and I don't recommend this seller.
Shocking as absolutely no feedback received at all. My txt messages to their support centre were undelivered.
Almost two months now.
It's a lot of money and if purse valley want to retain their customers, they better start shipping our items.
They will loose a huge amount of excellent customers that have been buying for years from their website such as myself.
Not good customer service
Very disappointed
I won't be buying off these websites full stop.
If I need an LV bag, I will buy the real deal and be treated with respect.
I've lost faith in this shopping site and most online websites due to this bad experience. Lot of money lost and I certainly work hard for my money as we all do
We should all get a free gift as compensation along with our ordered items if they want to keep customers. That's my advice for any staff reading my comments who happen to be a direct employee of Purse Valley. I'm appalled at their poor service, thiefs. They were quick to take my money off my credit card. I bought a louis vuitton neverfull from pursevalley, now I have a real one but it's quite old. I ordered about 2 weeks ago and it arrived today, the replica literally looks exactly the same as the real one did when I bought it.

I've heard bad things about LVs quality recently and how it's declined, so just save yourself the money and get yourself a high quality replica.

Wish I had seen all the negative reviews about pursevalley before I made a $600 purchase. First of all, their shipping is horrible. I ordered stuff for an event coming soon and it's taking forever to ship. I try to contact customer sevice and they are either very rude (one hung up on me!) or don't reply to the couple emails I sent. They wasted no time at all getting my money. (Should have not send it through western union cos I can't get refunds now). I was decieved by Eva Knox from spot bags because of all her false reviews, no one who does not work for a company will have such high praises in all her posts. I ordered an lv evora from another well known replica company and the service was great and I recieved my bag in no time, Quality was flawless. I still havent recieved my order from purse valley and I have no idea how that will turn out as most of the real reviews I see are negative. I wrote a complaint on the facebook page and they removed it immediately, hence the mostly positive reviews. I'm very sure if they were honest, the negative reviews would bypass the positive by far. Will never purchase from this company again

I BOUGHT 3 ITEMS ON THE WEBSITE AND MY TOTAL WAS R436.98 AND THEN TWO DAYS LATER AN AMOUNT OF R1605. 82 HOW THE HELL DO YOU GET FROM R436.98 TO R1605. 82 THEY DID ME IN WITH R1168. 84 I DID NOT EVEN RECEIVE AN INVOICE OR AN EMAIL WITH AN ORDER NUMBER NOTHING THEY JUST TOOK MY MONEY AND DISAPPEARED

I got my bag today!

OK, I had to come on here and write about my experience because I too thought I got scammed. I placed my order on 07/11/17. I paid via echeck and few days later the money was withdrawn. On 07/14/17 I got the notice everyone else is getting about warehouse moving. I started getting scared but kept my hopes up. On 7/18 I was getting anxious about my money, so I chatted with them and they assured me that everything was OK. On 08/07 I noticed the website was down and began to panic like everyone else. I came on here and noticed everyone was having similar experiences. I was so mad at myself for falling into a scam but had to chalk it up as a learning lesson! I tired calling... no answer. I tired emailing them and they bounced back. Surprisingly on 08/11 I got an email with a tracking number saying my bag was on it way. I was shocked! I clicked on the tracking and it didnt give me much info. It just said it was in transit. All weekend, i kept checking... no updates. This morning 08/14, I checked again and to my surprise the bad was out for delivery in Los Angeles! My bag was on its way to me! I literally just got it and wanted to update everyone. The bag itself meets my expectations. Smells of leather and came with everything the site promised. The packaging was horrible though. It came wrapped in bubble wrap in a plastic enveloped. So the bag is a bit smashed but I think it should be ok. So have hope ladies! Im guessing they did get busted and they did have to move warehouses, but the shipments are still going out.

I bought a bag form a site was name www.purse valley in bast few years and they send me a bag it was good but then they shut down and, after lote of time i see this site https://www.pursevalleyvip.cn i was thinking its the same guys they just changed the name lettel to let people know them because they was famous in replica world then I bought a shose from them it was 86$ and after they take the money from western Union they dont answer my emails! So be carful every one they are theif they stolen your money keep a way from them. And I advise my self and every one that chaking the site safety before buying. They dont deserve our trust. My husband surprised me and bought me two bags from Purse Valley for my birthday. He bought me the Louis Vuitton Eva clutch as well as the Louis Vuitton Artsy MM. He purchased them and immediately got and email letting us know that because of the Chinese New Year, the bags would take longer than normal to receive.He mentioned to them when he ordered that these were for my birthday. They promised that they would do everything they could to get them to us as soon as possible. They ended up being delivered a week earlier than expected (1st A+). When we opened the box, I was happily surprised at how good the quality of the Artsy MM was. Nice, soft leather and looked just like the real deal! Inside the Artsy, they packed the Eva clutch. Again, Very happy that it looked and felt like the real deal (2nd A+). However, when we started looking closely at both bags, we noticed that the Eva clutch had a 4 inch slit in it. Kinda looked like it was accidentally cut with a box cutter before shipment. We called immediateley and spoke to an awesome customer service rep. Who was very nice and very helpful (3rd A+). She asked us to email some pictures of the bag and after receiving the pictures, she would show them to her supervisor and someone would get back to us. After the weekend, Monday came and someone called us and they will be shipping me a brand new bag (4th A+)! They also emailed us and gave us a $20 voucher for a future purchase (5th A+)! They are awesome and would recommend them to everyone!

So I just deleted the glowing review I left - bought the Kimono for $280+all was fine for a few days - quality and everything "LOOKED" goodthen today I noticed the gold toe V in the middle was missingthat's right, it fell off and thankfully I did find it as it dropped inside the purse. For $280 though I do NOT expect to have to glue a part back onmay look good but it doesn't hold upobviously cheap crapwill not buy again, save you money.

Faulty item!

Ordered a watch three weeks ago, to start off with it was a week late! Then when took it out of packaging (bearing in mind the box was bubbled wrapped and the watch inside the box was bubble wrapped aswel) you could see marks on the watch through the plastic coating that's meant to protect the watch. So basically it was damaged before it was sent to me. I emailed purse valley who said I needed to email pictures, which I then sent to them. They can clearly see on the picture the damage through the plastic but still wernt willing to replace it unless I paid to send it back and pay for new one to get sent to me. All they suggested was. They would send me a new braclete which was damaged in the first picture and 10% off next order for the second damaged picture which was at back of watch. I then sent another email two days ago saying I wernt happy that I have to pay for the return as i already had paid for delivery and the watch was sent to me faulty, so why should I pay to send it back then pay for a new one to be sent out to! They haven't even replied back to me! Such bad consumer service... This was meant to be a Xmas present for someone and I'm so upset.
