Tried to purchase a watch for my husband's birthday… it was a terrible experience. I had to download an app I didn't want. After I paid they told me the watch was out of stock and to choose from three "similar" ones. (Which I didn't want). I chose several alternatives from their site which were also out of stock. I asked for my money back and they said I would have to do a store credit. Picked more watches… they requested I send them the urls ( a pain since I'd taken snap shots of 15+). They finally sent me several more watches to choose from and I chose one just to move on with my life. The birthday came and went and I still don't have the watch. They weren't even nice about it… not sure if it's just the. La version but I'd suggest using a different company.

I ordered a watch in April 2022 and to be honest it did take longer than I expected to arrive. Clearly the only reason was that the guys at Luxurytastics wanted to to make sure that I was 100% happy with the watch before it was dispatched.

I received excellent service from PVF's customer service team for the purse I purchased for my daughter. They keep you updated from the time they receive the order till the time they dispatch it. I will continue to order from them in the future. Received excellent service

I tried to purchase a bag from this ridicules company and when it was time to pay it said something about sending a link to my email in which I never got. So I contacted the customer service through chat and they told me that I never placed the order, So I conatacted them again when I found the order number and they told me to give them the correct email now. After some word exchange they blocked me from there chat. Believe me when I say I will not ever order from them at all period.

Was surprised at how quick I got the bag. A little hiccup with western union payment versus credit card, that took about 3 days. But once bag was shipped it arrived within 4 days! So total of 10 days to get the bag. After reading what too look out for fakes the only thing I could spot was 6 stitches instead of 5 on handle leather patch. Otherwise it looks just like the one in the store. I'm very happy. Will order from them again.

Disgusting and shocking! This business should shutdown. All their staff need basic customer service training. The level of arrogance with these pathetic so called "friendly staff" is extremely high. They simply don't care and don't honor their warranties and guarantees. Stay away from these rat bags.
