I now understand what family owned and operated means: use at your own risk! I placed an order for 2 pairs of shoes on 4/28/10 and received 1 pair within 4 days. I attempted to contact the company via email and phone for the other pair that I ordered and have yet to receive a response to my missing shoes. I have sent over 6 emails and placed numerous phone calls which nobody answers. Why list a phone number for your company if you do not plan to answer your phone! I am now out $50 and no pair of shoes to show for it. UGH! I will never purchase from a website that is family owned since apparently thier is no accountability.

Same exact thing happened to me. I spent $68.00 on a pair of shoes and have nothing to show for it! No tracking number nothing. It's rude. I don't have that much money and this is like throwing it away. I have also called a million times and emailed. Nothing back. What a bunch of jerks!

I ordered and paid for shoes in May 2010. No response to emails, no response to phone calls, not even a voicemail it just rings and rings. I spent over $100 and have no shoes and no recourse whatsoever. I paid through Paypal and submitted a complaint, but $#*!catshoes has not even responded to them. WTF?

$#*!catshoes.com claims affiliation with City Kitties, a nonprofit animal rescue, claiming to "donate a portion of each sale" to our organization. Please be advised that City Kitties has NO AFFILIATION WHATSOEVER with this company and has never received a donation from $#*!cat Shoes or the owner, Lauren Goldsmith. We have tried to contact Ms. Goldsmith numerous times since June 2010 regarding her unauthorized and fraudulent use of our name; however she has not replied to phone calls, emails, or even a certified letter. We are sorry that any consumer ever believed the money they spent at this business was going to a good cause. This claim is absolutely false.
