We have been using Qazzoo for about 6 months so far. We LOVE Qazzoo, it's definitely the most under rated lead source. We just pulled a multi-million dollar lead just from claiming these leads and this person is actively working with our agent. As always, there are some duds but most of these are legit!
Positive experience so far. As with all lead generation, not every home buyer you talk to will be ready so it does take a lot of follow up and building a pipeline to see true results. Definitely a company worth giving a try!

I would definitely recommend Qazzoo as the best real estate lead generation program available. I certainly have tried others. Qazzoo leads are better because they collect specific information from the leads such as credit status, home value, preferred area, income, and timetable. I have also found the customer service department to be very responsive and great to work with.
My experience with Qazzoo has been very helpful and the people are very nice and always there when I need them to answer questions. They send me lots and lots of leads to pick and choose from. What's best is... If a lead is not good I can just simply flag it and send it back and they will credit me with a new lead within 24 hours! I'm so glad I came on board.

I gave 3 stars because customer service was great. Very helpful and polite This is my first time using this service. However I am still nervous the 3 leads I got so far was incorrect one of them was a loan officers from tucker. But I like that fact that they are supposed to give you back the credits for wrong leads. So we will see if I like it I will come back and give a better review.
This is the absolute worst of all the lead generation companies. The leads are truly horrible. Some of them are even fellow realtors. The worst part is that they refused to cancel my marketing with them. I signed up for a 3 month "trial" of their service and paid for that in full. I canceled after 2 months because the value was obviously not there. Then with horrible customer service reps, they charge me several hundred more as part of their cancellation. I feel like I need to post this on ever qazzoo site I can find. Their business practices are what you want to avoid and the leads they generate are well below average.
Qazzoo has exceeded my expectations by far. I thought it was just another lead generation company that would take your money and give you a bunch of fake numbers and email addresses. About 99% of the information I have received has been accurate, but the best part is that Qazzoo stands by their information. If a phone number or email address turns out to be incorrect, they allow you to "flag" the lead and once it's approved, it doesn't count against your total.
One of the best parts about working with Qazzoo is the customer service. I started working with Sean with my account and he was really knowledgeable about the products. And I also have been working with Porsha in their customer care department. She has also been amazing - she gets back to me in a timely manner, she answers all of my questions, and she's been fully supportive while I questioned everything about their platform. Nothing has been left unclear. And for that, I have confidence in the company.
As far as the leads, I have a few that are being incubated, but nothing has turned over just yet. I am not too discouraged by this as I know it is a numbers game. I hope to continue with the service, but it's going to be a matter of how long it takes things to really pan out. For the meantime, I'm sticking with them.
I recommend Qazzoo and think they are worth the try.

Signed up and after 3 months have not closed one single lead. Every single person when you could get someone on the phone stated they never signed up for it. 85% of the leads are BS not real people false names (ex. Jack Sparrow, Jimmy Hendrix, John Cash, Bob Marley to name a few). The customer service is non-existent. This company is 100% scam. Will not issue a refund even though the are selling snake oil. I don't get how this company is even in business they clearly are not a legit company.
Both the initial call & the on-boarding call that followed in less than 24 hours were conducted by knowledgeable employees who conducted themselves professionally. They answered every question patiently and fully. The calls were concluded with offers for continued conversations and support as I have need.
Old dead leads provided. Those you can contact say they had no interest in real estate. Not one single credible lead was provided. They lie to the credit card company to keep your cash. Do not try it you have been warned!

I have just signed up with Qazzoo due to Sean W. He was so knowledgeable and professional! He isn't a used car salesman just honest and made it so simple for me, I'm just too busy for anything difficult. I excited to have this new source of leads and looking forward to adding later how successful they are.
Qazzoo is great! Easiest and most cost effective way to purchase leads. You get leads in real time, and you get to choose based on the information whether it's right for you or not to take it. Super cheap compared to other competitors who charge an arm and a leg for leads. I'd say it's fairly easy to get a 1000% ROI on this investment. Tom Pappas has been great with Qazzoo, been helping me every step of the way. If you have multiple states, he can get you updated within minutes.
Qazzoo is for both Mortgage LO's/Broker's/ & Realtors. I am a Mortgage LO who works for a Mortgage Broker. This is perfect for targeting leads in certain areas, zip codes, so you can provide these leads to your realtors to keep a good healthy relationship among both.
I would HIGHLY recommend to Qazzoo for anybody just starting out. This is an easy way to keep the monthly income coming.
I've been with Qazzoo since Oct. 2017 and I'm glad i was able to connect with Jesse and the company. Just last week i closed 2 deal that came from their leads and i just put in a contract for a cash buyer that also came from them. I am working with a handful of clients so needless to say, I called them yesterday to upgrade my plan to get more leads. Money well spent. I recommend it.
I was initially skeptical but gave it a try. The Qazzoo account rep cautioned me to have patience and Only spend a set amount of time each day to work the leads. My start was slow but when I used their resources and advice good things started to happen. Every time I called, either my account rep or customer service would patiently walk me through the best practices and encourage me to keep at it. Leads started to return my calls and make appointments. My advice, they're a good spend of my marketing dollars for the return sales I got.
This company has far exceeded my expectations. The sales team is easy to reach, the lead quality has been amazing and business is booming. I first started with QAZZOO in 2017-2018, and honestly I didn't have a lot of success. And I completed forget about Qazzoo, until one day in February 2020, I receive a phone call, first thing I say, here they go again, but after listening to their new structures I decided to give it a next shot and it works. The leads are legitimate with valid contact information. Qazzoo stands behind the leads and will give credit back for the leads that do not give their real contact information. I have reported a number of leads with bad contact information and Qazzoo has credited me for them each time. One of the best parts about working with Qazzoo is the customer service. For the meantime, I'm sticking with them. I recommend Qazzoo and think they are worth the try. I have a great number of very good contact in my pipeline, hoping to explode very soon.
