I booked through Qeeq and paid the whole reservation at $217.98. Upon arrival in Vienna, I was forced to add another driver to get the car. Imagine flying for 8 hours from the USA and they do not help you when you get there. Instead of switching my reservation to the a driver with an international license (who I was with). They forced me to add that driver to my reservations at an extra 20 euros a day. Increasing my rental cost to 133.28 Euros. Now, that I am doing the math, they even made a mistake with that 20 euros a day at 8 days is 160 Euros? This added additional driver WAS NOT NEEDED. I explained that just 1 driver would be needed. But, try still charged for 2. I was forced to let them add that fee to get the car, I needed to get to next location by a specific time. I was a pop fee, that left me with zero choices. Note - I did add the cross border fee. I was crossing borders on this trip. I have contacted Dryyve, but they are still providing unethical customer service. I will add photos of these valid facts. Be careful, do not let them get you, like that got me.

When visiting Nice, France, i rented a car from qeeq online who use Ok Mobility. I booked a seat Ibiza estate for my family, only to find that the supplier, Ok mobility, in Nice, only had a Renault clio size car which was too small for my family. I therefore paid another 340 euros to get the size of car up. So qeeq sold me the right car but ok mobility car categories are totally different and at nice Ok mobility said their renault clio is the same class as a seat ibiza estste. After investigation Qeeq advised me that Ok Mobility's car size category (a renault clio) is the same as a seat ibiza estate. Shocked, i concluded that this is a further sign of qeeq allowing their local supplier to upsell and force customers to pay extra on site. Fact: a renault clio can take max 2 cases. A seat Ibiza estate can take 3 cases (which is what i thought i had booked). Many google reviews show disgruntled customers having to pay much more at Ok Mobility at Nice. For me having to pay 340 euros more, including being sold roadside insurance -which Ok mobility advised me to take otherwise the upgrade would have been a greater amount - is both wrongful upselling from Ok mobility and confirmation that qeeq do nothing to help customers who experience such awful difficulties. Whats more, if you have children, check in advance the car seat by law needed for your child. My daughter was given a high back baby seat (she is 9) tgat never fitted.
Finally Ok mobility only have 1 small van at Nice, so fight your way in the disorganised queue at the airport otherwise you will need to wait for the van to come back 30 minutes later and a driver that couldn't care less.
Avoid booking with qeeq and getting your car from Ok mobility at all costs.

QEEQ.com is an absolute scam. I arrived at the Noleggiare office an hour before the contract time. I was made to wait an hour so that there was no way to cancel the contract and get my money back. When the time for possible cancellation of the rental passed, I was told that my Canadian driver's license was not enough and they refused to rent. I contacted Qeeq.com support and they refused to give me a refund because... The time for refusal without penalty has passed. I had no choice but to rent a car at a nearby office where, for the same money that was stolen from me at qeed.com, I received a car with full insurance. At the same time, my driver's license turned out to be enough.
Worst experience ever … car was in bad mechnical condition and was stopped on the highway. No help was from qeeq though they are the one got the money. Super disappointed. Will never fall in their trap again
Great rates. Very difficult to use points so don't count on it. Terrible customer service. I rented a car through QEEQ and when I got to the destination, NU was out of cars. It cost me $300 more to rent another car and QEEQ customer service refused to compensate me for the difference. I spent 10 hours and 11 emails jumping through their hoops and no result. I was insulted that I was not believed after providing proof and documents. I need a rental company that stands behind me.
I will never rent a car from QEEQ again.

Awful company, their customer service is non existent and despite not providing the service they were paid for they are refusing to provide a refund.
There was an issue between QeeQ and Sixt that meant I could not be issued with a vehicle. Instead had to pay another car hire company for a car and collect on the day for a location a few miles away. Due to the issue with QeeQ and Sixt, which was reported to them on the day and they failed to resolve I was stuck at an airport outside the terminal (I had my pet with me) in -5c and snow for over three hours. If it wasn't for the kindness of a local hotel which I trudged through 4ft of snow to get to, it would have been an even worse experience.
If you want to arrive at you pickup, wait for hours, leave without a vehicle and have to enact an episode of survivor all whilst being robbed of your money then QeeQ is the service for you. Otherwise go with another hire company direct and avoid this shower of charlatans.

Avoid this company at all costs. I booked and paid $231.00 for a hire vehicle. 36 hours before scheduled collection they increase the price and won't release the vehicle without receiving another $325.66. Too late to make alternative arrangements.

Booked a car in Ankara through this app. They gave me the fake rental car agent which doesn't exists. I was running around the airport many hours trying to the find the car which did not exist, I contacted their support numerous times. Finally they charged me the whole amount + insurance, and their support replied to me "no show". Taking money from people and not giving the service is not a good idea. Obviously scam, never use it.

My mother was charged 100 GB pounds for waiting in her car in the agents compound while I collected my Qeeq hire car from the Heathrow agent. It took over 45 mins queuing to collect the car. Qeeq we're not interested in helping resolve removing this charge. Other renters beware.

We book a car & they said full covered insurance, to find out at the car park that if a damage happen to the car we have to pay and claim the money from them. Actually you have no insurance, we emailed them to ask for refund and they said that is not possible as the time off pick up the car passed. Also the refund me the money and they took them back few days later. Horrible experience

What a devious firm that changes your contract pick up point without your knowledge and you are stranded in a foreign country and you have no choice to pay hundreds more to get your rental car. A total nightmare.
QEEQ had cancelled a 2 months prepaid reservation 24h before the travel.No solution proposed for me but change the day of your rental!
It was in June 2023 at Prestwick airport. There is no car rental on sunday in this airport!
It's a fraud website. It shows a slightly cheaper price when you did not sign up and sign in, to encourage you to pay one off membership fee, then after your first purchase, or second time you log in, your will not be able to get the "member price"
This is a car rental broker not an actual agency. When I arrived at the rental agency desk in Dublin they were already closed. I had to check into a hotel for the night and went back to the desk in the morning to find out the rental agency was not at fault and qeeq had scheduled my pick up after their working hours. This happened even though I had provided them with my flight number and arrival time. They absolutely refused to take any responsibility for this and would not admit their negligence as the result of which I got behind on my vacation plans by one day and incurred unnecessary expenses.

Horrific experience with Qeeq. I reserved a car via Qeeq 2 weeks in advance. When I got to the rental place, they told me they had no cars available and I would have to wait 3 hours. I didn't have 3 hours to wait and left after asking for written documentation that they didn't have cars available, which the representative at the rental car place refused to provide me. I was then charged the full rate as a no show and Qeeq absolutely dragged its feet in refunding me despite the fact that Dollar ultimately said that I was due a refund. I am still fighting with Qeeq for a refund 4 months later. I will never use them again and urge everyone to stay away from them. They don't back up their customers once they have their money.

They ask for your flight info but still allow you to book outside their "late policy" window. I would guess they are banking on those not reading the fine print. We lost our rental deposit of $752. BUYER BEWARE! We had to pre-pay and my 11yr old daughter and I were left at airport without transportation. Rental car company said we weren't there on time- Qeeq doesn't answer, you must message through app or send email. If you wait long enough on customer service line, they hang up on you. I'm trying to write a review and in my account it won't let me, see pic below.

Every business has a policy, however when you ALLOW a booking outside a warranty time frame when you are required to put your flight information, this seems fishy.
If rental car is paid, they know when you are flying in, upon arrival they say your car was given away- it's like they knew and you were set up.

I rented car from QeeQ and it was one of my biggest mistakes, they are very happy to take your money 100%. Very strange policy( read there policy very carefully). They are protecting there self only.
You will lose your money 100% if you made any changes without any support from them.
On Jan 3, I bought a rental contract from Qeeq.com for a Europcar Mexico rental car for $346.43. I paid in full on Jan 3 using my credit card. The rental contract stated that all mandatory insurance, taxes and surcharges were included in this contract. Amount due at vehicle pickup per contract was $0.
When I tried to pick up the car on January 6, Europcar refused to give me a car, unless I pay an additional $157.50 for a "Vehicle License Fee". I called up Qeek hotline support, but the Qeek agent could not convince Europcar to honor the contract. The Qeeq agent told me to pay the fee, and Qeeq would later recover the additional charge. I paid the additional $157.50, and Europcar gave me the car.
I was unable to recover the extra charge, which made the rental contract almost 50% more expensive! Be careful when you do business using Qeeq. Be aware that Europcar Mexico is trying everything possible to levy additional charges, despite a clearly written prepaid contract.
I booked a car 8 months ago for 9 days to be used in Austria. Yesterday I received an email saying the car wasn't available, sorry for the inconvenience. It's 5 days before I was going to pick up this car. With all the stress they have caused us, we have now found a car, however our party has to split up as no one has a 7 seater, it's double the amount than what I was going to pay, and I have to hire Another car at our destination to fit all of us in… an absolute disaster.
After booking a car and paying a deposit, I was left high and dry when I was informed by QEEQ that there would be no car available for us as Europcar Dover were not open on Sunday 27th August.
We were on board a cruise ship without wifi, so communication was stilted.
QEEQ suggested that we, at our own expense, stay in a hotel in Dover for two nights until Europcar reopened on Tuesday. Alternatively, we could make our own way to Gatwick Airport at our own expense, where a vehicle may be available for us.
We incurred considerable expense getting to our destination and after much time they returned our deposit.
I've had the usual " we care about you" but no action.

During the booking process - I had selected a NEW model DAIHATSU MOVE (see attached photos)
When arrived, an older Daihatsu Move was given to us with over 66,000 km / 41,000 miles with a stained older interior. Wrote to customer service, this was their response:
"When you made the booking, there was a reminder stating that "You are guaranteed of the exact car model. However, color and year of production of the car cannot be guaranteed".
Obviously, I understand the color can change, but giving me a 10+ year older car than pictured is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
I would not recommend using this company. We waited 15 minutes for a shuttle then it was another 15-20 min away from the airport to their satellite office which was a hassle and ate into our vacation. Wished we had just used one of the Naha Airport rental companies.

I rented a car in Tulum, Mexico with Kayak and was redirected to QEEQ
To make my online payment. I went to pick-up the car from " Mex-rent-a-car which denied the contract terms and asked me to pay an extra USD $50.00 / per day (extra $350.00 for the week) for the compact car rental that is on top of the USD $500 which I already paid. When I called QEEQ for assistance they washed their hands and asked me to deal directly with the Mex-rent-a-car but you cannot deal with them! They contested the terms and conditions of the existing contract agreement. As a result I lost USD $500.00 paid to QEEQ via my credit card and could not rent a car.
I strongly advise you to stay away from Kayak, QEEQ and Mex-Rent-a-car since they cannot be trusted. AVOID

A party of 5 travellers, all in our mid to late 70s, booked and pre-paid a 7-seater car with QEEQ to collect in London on 22 June 2022. Coming from Australia, we each had suitcases and hand luggage, hence the need for a 7-seater. On arrival there was no car for us, no attempt at pre-warning even though they had our email address, no attempt at mitigation by offering any alternatives, no support whatsoever except to suggest we look elsewhere but with advice that we would probably fail. We had made hotel reservations throughout the UK, but now the whole journey was up-in-the-air, so we had to book an unplanned night in London to allow us to consider a back-up plan.
We eventually were able to secure a 5-seater, no help from QEEQ. So on our 7-day tour of the UK, each of the four passengers travelled with luggage under our feet, and on our laps. It ruined our entire holiday! As of 24 November we have no compensation from QEEQ, even though there was a suggestion weeks ago that we would get a payment equal to the extra cost of the car, even though it was only a 5-seater. This has not eventuated, and my recent correspondence has gone unanswered. They have refused the extra accommodation cost. So, in a nutshell, they break the contract, but we are expected to suffer ALL the consequences, while they suffer nothing.
I have never experienced such a total lack of responsibility, ethics, and empathy from a service provider before in my life. An utterly disgraceful and shameless organisation!
