Smart mouth you with a smile, fix nothing and lie. I was told my service was activated and only text was working, that turns off regularly as well. It's now over a week and I still cannot make calls from my phone and keep calling and emailing customer service.

Completely stay away from this company.

I see lots of bad reviews. But I can't see why anyone would say anything negative about something that is totally free. If u don't like it. Throw it in the trash. U not losing a dime. Im like this. U can't beat it for the price.
I bought 2 phones neither worked no refund they ripped me off twice and will not refund my money How do they get away with this please don't purchase anything from them
I am very happy with my phone and Qlink Wireless l couldn't call 911 or anything like my Dr's and with me being a senior and widow and I live alone but all the thanks goes to Qlink ty for everything and literally saving my life and I will tell anyone Qlink is the way to go every month l have unlimited talk text data and I never have to worry about running out of time l recommend Qlink to anyone especially my friends and family
3 "New" customers assisted in 2021, who are very "Pleased". Recruiting others is a 2022 goal. All who qualify should have Qlink. Great experience!
