Quadratec

This first order is perfect. I ordered other body parts and have received approximately half of them so a little worried but I'm hoping it all eventually comes through. This first order all came as expected. Once again don't please disappoint me on the second.

Quadratic has always be helpful with ordering a part or giving an answer to a question. I like the catalog, just wish I could receive a new updated version. I've asked four different times now and have not received one yet.

I've ordered from quadratec before no problems and crown is a good manufacture. However, I found out that my jeep blew a head gasket 2014 wrangler. They are replacing the thermostat but they will not use my parts now I need to return this part and pay for shipping so not your fault but I'm not very happy about the whole situation. I'm either going to try to sell it or just return it and lose money.

Products always available and ship quick. Customer service is great, waiting on response to an issue with a lift kit purchased. Spoke to tech that said they would be back in touch. Not yet! I hope I dint have ti follow up with them!

The shipping was bad. I live in city so it needs to arrive when it says it will. It said Monday, two pieces arrived Saturday before would have been stolen if neighbors did not save. Trunk piece arrived Tuesday and than free door guards days later. That's just nuts

Locally available radiators were too expensive and of lesser quality. Quadratec had what I needed, ordering was simple, and delivery timely (giving me enough time to flush my system before installation of the new rad).

I have been dealing with your company for about 25 years and have never had one complaint. Even when the wrong item was sent by mistake you made it right immediately no questions asked. I will not shop anywhere else for my Jeep products.

My experience buying stuff from quadratec has been alright but kind of bugged that im being forced to fill this part of the survey (50 min character limit for both questions) out just so I can submit a review.

Just look up quadratic. At first the right fender was 48.00 more but then when I ordered they were both the same price also no shipping fee IDE order again from this company every thing was great for this customer thanks

What a surprise to find these padded wrangler door bags! Never seen them before or anywhere else. They are exactly what I need so placed an order and received very quickly even way out here across the Pacific ocean. Thanks Quadratec!

The customer photos were very helpful when ordering. But like other reviews, my order did not have the hardware or any instructions. These running boards were so easy to put on and are pretty self-explanatory. Great product!

I talked to a customer service agent who answered my questions quickly. In addition, prompt delivery was much appreciated! The installation videos were also helpful and we were able to easily install our soft top! Overall a great experience with Quadratec.

Quadratec ships fast. The pictures don't always portray colors accurately. That could be beneficial for someone trying to keep colors matched.
The color of the Bed Rug carpet is, what I would call, "granite's. Black with grey fibers running through it.

Looking forward to the easy install, and a whole 5 minutes later I'm done. There looking good, they haven't pushed the tires too far, just enough to clear everything so I can turn again. Quality of product looks amazing!

Over all the parts were easy to find online and arrived in a reasonable time frame, but my radiator box was open upon arrival. I have to say, it could have totally been FedEx who had opened my package.

Easy so far, let's see if it fits 5 stars all the way. Fits like a glove. I'm under cancer treatment and took about 2 hours due to my energy level (lol) Read the instruction a couple of time, not hard to remember and off to install you can go. No bad words from this customer.

Once again, another requirement for response length, or content, in review. I would probably have a better overall experience with Quadratec, if they just let well enough alone in the review regulations. I'd be curious to know how many clients respond to sales and experience review prompts, anyway: make it as easy as possible.

I am happy with shopping experience and product quality, however 4 stars do to powder coat damage upon taking delivery of product. I understand this may of been caused by the shipping company (FedEx) but a few defects show signs it was packaged with defects already on bumper and winch plate. Some black touch up paint should do the trick.

Easy to find and purchase the parts I needed. One part was missing from my order, but Customer Service was so helpful about working with me to get a replacement out, which I believe should be coming in only a couple days.

Also, the chat on their site is with knowledgeable jeep owners that can recommend the best deals and proper upgrades for your use case. Their branded products are top of the line and provide a great deal over other after market manufacturers.
