This hotel was DISGUSTING. It was unacceptable. We complained however nothing was resolved. We did not travel with children; however, after coming back from my college graduation at the convention center we found that someone had been in our room because there was a water gun (squirt gun) on the chair in our room. When we questioned this we were told they knew nothing about it and housekeeping was gone for the day, which we were confused by and were wondering what housekeeping had to do with a water gun being found in our room. Our cards had to be reactivated to get in our room because when we tried to enter the building and our room we couldn't get in. We had another guest leaving the building let us in the back door where we parked and could use our room card to get in. The attached photos I believe speak for themselves as to the condition of the room we stayed in when we arrived. We also had no phone in our room and no alarm clock. The elevator broke down and we weren't notified by hotel staff. We were informed by another guest as we were waiting for the elevator that we needed to use the stairs as it was broken.
