I received a tracking number. However 12 days later the package never left India. I asked the company to Re-ship or issue a refund. The next day I received an E-mail verifying my refund request. Most companies will re-ship an order- but not refund one. I was very impressed with their customer service in this regard. Unfortunately, I need a more reliable company.() sincerely

My first order with this company went very well. I received it in the 14 Business days they promised. The problem with this particular company is they contract your orders out with a number of pharmacies. The second order I placed was shipped 2 days after they charged my card.
