After several discussions with the General manager at Raceway Chrysler, we have come up with a satisfactory conclusion to our issues. This process was done with the utmost professionalism.
Tip for consumers:
It took a while , but we we're taken care of
After we agreed on a price, and made our deal, we were passed to the financial guy to write up the contract. The vehicle in question had several scratches that we agreed to deal with on our own. The man told us that he had an offsite bodyshop that could take care of the scratches for $799 plus tax. He also sold us a corrosion prevention module that we were told was guaranteed for as long as we owned our vehicle. The total of both services was $1598 plus tax. When I picked up the van, ALL the scratches were still there. Also the warranty for the corrosion control module was a 36 and 72 month warranty not as long as we own our vehicle. All I asked for was a refund of the paint protector that did nothing for the scratches. We expected more from an accredited Chrysler dealer!
