“Wondering if it's a scam”

I've been charged for my order but I have not received any kind of confirmation of the order, status or shipment notifications. NOTHING. Yet I've been charged. I'm beginning to wonder if I'll even get my items? I've tried calling, leaving messages, and e-mails. No response.
