I am totally in agreement with the first review. The sunglasses are completely fake, really awful! You can only contact the website by email, and if you were to return the the item you are charged a £20.00 returning fee plus a 25% charge for re-stocking. I only paid £20.57. The website looks very professional and as if it is based in the U. K. but the parcel arrived from China where the item was most probably made.
Bought on Amazon in Dec 2020 and the UV began peeling in May 2021. Customer service at RayBan stated it was not a defect in craftsmanship. Resolution offered was to pay $125 to repair the lense for a $150 pair of glasses.
