Ordered two items, both discolored after a month of only hand washing with gentle soap as I have sensitive skin. First time they replaced the time after giving me a 30% discount. Second time they offered a discount IF I would pay for a replacement. They refuse to refund my money.
Tip for consumers:
Items arrive beautiful but discolor within a month if easy wearing.
I originally bought a ring from them, 2 ct, gold setting. It arrived within the window allotted. The ring was lovely, but the gold setting made the stone look yellow, which I didn't care for. When I decided to exchange it, I figured, why not go for a bigger stone? So I asked for, in return, the white gold setting, 3 ct ring.
I contacted them on how to exchange the ring, and they countered with an offer to keep the original ring and gave me a sizeable discount on the one I wanted. I figured, why not? With the money I'd spend returning the original ring (after all, it was no mistake on their end), it would even out anyway.
I received the white gold tone, 3 ct ring and I love it!
I now have 3 rings from this company and I'm very satisfied. The only grievances i have are the rings' shanks. I feel they can be a little studier. Also, most rings are now made with a roundness inside the shanks to make pulling the ring on and off easier. These rings don't have that.
All in all, a good experience.
Tip for consumers:
If you're buying a clear or white stone, consider getting the silver or white gold setting. The yellow gold can make the stone look yellow. Or, if you have the option, go for a 2-tone setting (yellow gold ring, but the prongs are white)
