Your comments about one of our surveyors were taken seriously and subsequently elevated to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. The RICS looked at the surveyor's report and found it was legitimate and that no complaint should have been raised. For this reason, we cannot publish a review that has been proven to be inaccurate and would be harmful to the surveyor's career.
