Do not sign up! I had a very hard time canceling. Finally got an email confirmation that they did. Then the next month, we were charged again. Called them up and they said it was canceled the month before and they wanted my credit card info to search to see why it was charged. Not giving the info and not believing them. We ended up canceling those credit cards so there would be no future charges. Save your money and go to a free site.
They lure you in with a trail period, not for free like most offers but for $1. Thats so they can get your credit card number. They know people forget so they can charge you later. The information is available elsewhere for free from sites like Zillow, Trulia and Realtor.com ( BTW - not actually associated with the National Association of Realtors but owned by Media Mogul News Corp / Rupert Murdoch). Try to cancel and they offer repeated discounts and offers. Classic actions of a scam artist at work. Just say NO

AT least one third of listings are already sold, some nearly a year ago. I had to use Zillow (a free site!) to check actual availability of a home - whether foreclosure or standard resale. NOT worth the money.

Full foreclosure access for one month. I will NOT be extending.
Realty store's sales person called me and offered absolute free leads for 14 days. However they charged me $249 on day one. This was even before I created my profile on their website. When I called the number, bo one ever picks up. No one calls you back of you leave a VM. Fraud is the name of their game.
Tip for consumers:
Fraid.

None. I had to replace my card. to stop fraudsters from keeping charging me.
I think it is a scam. They offer you for good quality Leads but when you sign up, you only receive poor quality leads.85% does not even answer their phones and remaining 15% either say that they have no idea how I got their number or simply say that they're not in market. Very poorly managed company.
Scam...only here to sell your information. Stay clear! Site is months behind on listings. Embarrassing when calling about listings that have already been auctioned, sold, or short sold.
I am a REALTOR® who tried RS's "free trial." I cancelled the service PRIOR to the end of the trail period, both in writing and with a phone call. They are now continuing to bill me monthly for service they are not providing, nor did I request.

This company randomly selects thousands of homes to list on their site as "foreclosed", even if the home isn't in foreclosure. This is an unscrupulous way of helping them appear more valuable than they actually are. They have listed one of my rental properties as "foreclosed" when then the property is completely paid off, and free and clear of any debt. When I zoomed in on the image, it turns out to be the image from Google street view (see attached). I'm guessing they're paying staff to use Google street view to randomly select and list houses in each area.
Did not come close to the number of leads the said would come. Every home that the few leads viewed had been sold more than a year prior. I was told I was on a trial basis. Cancelled my accounts. They billed me for two months and still fighting to get my money back.
Tip for consumers:
DON'T TRY IT

Rick from Realtystore.com called me. Free leads for first month, then $24.00 a month. After reading all the complaints, I wrote him a letter and sent this website so he could see for himself that no one was happy.
Hopefully they will go out of business and not bother anyone else..

I spent almost an hour on the phone with them asking questions before i would agree to their free trial. While on the phone, I search 4 zip codes near me and saw only homes that were in foreclosure, REO or pre foreclosure. I asked a simple question: "Are these listings given to you from either the Lender, the property owner, or a broker with a listing agreement?" After speaking to several people there, I restated the question to: "Did these come from someone with the authority to sell, meaning if I offer what's posted here, will there be someone to accept the price?" Again, no answer. Why would I, as an agent, want to get buyer's from a site that can't tell me where their listings come from!
I hate leaving bad reviews and hardly do so, but this company is so hard to communicate with.
Waste of time, money and not resourceful. I tired to get my money back when calling to cancel and they had me on the phone for 20 minutes trying to talk me into staying, offering restaurant cards, dry cleaning GC, ect. What a waste of time...
First let me say I did get a refund after being on the phone for an hour and waiting to talk to a supervisor.
I think they believe what they are selling but its just not credible.
I never signed up for this service and I never received an email or any contact from them until I called this morning after seeing the charge on my bank statement.
Just beware of companies outside your realm of influence and read the reviews first.

Read the reviews first.

Never receive any service for them but charged on my card.
I had recently been scammed by SetSchedule.com for a very large sum of money. I am now very cautious to sign up with companies like RealtyStore. There is no Yelp page for them as it's not claimed so I could only find one review of them on there.
Thank you to all of you for saving me time and money. - Jamie S., Realtor.
My 75 year old father was at our home for a holiday and used our computer and signed up for this "service ". It is free for 7 days and 49.60 a month unless you cancel in the 7 day trial. He never viewed that site again. He was charged 4 months before we caught on, cancelling was very difficult, this is a total scam. Do not fall for this.
JOKE, terrible leads came from here and I was charged for 5 zip codes. Try cancelling on their website but it was down. People on here are correct., DO Not give them your credit card number, They will not refund my money and the customer service supervisor I talked to was a b&%^H.
This place is part of the free trial scam system. I did not even start a free trial. I had no idea they had my card number because they did not have my correct name or email. After much time, I got a refund for 1/2 my charges. They attempted to lower the monthly charge of $49.50(12 months) to ~$9 and I refused. Never use a free trial. The info on this site in incorrect. If you are looking for a house, no doubt that it is already sold. The phone number to call will be incorrect. These people are crooks and need to be stopped. I received no product on this site.
Tip for consumers:
Stay away -they do nothing

I never used this product at all. I had no idea that I was paying for it. It did not have my name or email correct.
Unsolicited call, never received a lead, nothing and they charged my $49.60 a month. Luckily I was reviewing my credit card charges. It was difficult for to get them to stop charging me the monthly fee $150 total down the drain for no services.
The website isn't clear about charging a monthly fee of $39.80/month, it only says that it costs $1.00 for a trial period. I found out the hard way - after I was charged $50.60 on my account.
I received my monthly statement from my credit card company and was shocked. I searched the Realtystore.com website and finally found a place that stated a "modest" monthly fee of $39.80 will be charged!
They didn't disclose what the monthly fees are, and then they overcharged me $10.60! At best, they boarder on having fraudulent business practices.
I too had the same $46.90 charges on my account. I called RealtyStore *******783 and they immediately helped me. APPARENTLY, all of us are not actually cancelling our trial sign-ups. Realtstore issued me a full refund.
Customer support was very helpful with my cancellation a few months back due to the plandemic... they were fast, personable and thorough. Now that phase 2 reopening i decided to give them another shot... it took a too long on the phone to reinstate my platform... I would much rather be able to do this from my end...
The $ 1. Trial last s days, then they bill you for $ 49. Many homes that ARE in foreclosure aren't listed here. I found them other ways, so don't rely on this site. Many housed that they list are resale. And can be found on Zillow or Tulia for Free! Hotpads does foreclosures for free too. It is an easy to navigate site.
Had an average of 6 leads/month per zip code! Cancellation was easy but I have to check my credit card statement to make sure they didn't charge me... It was a 30 day free trial!
