I too had the same $46.90 charges on my account. I called RealtyStore *******783 and they immediately helped me. APPARENTLY, all of us are not actually cancelling our trial sign-ups. Realtstore issued me a full refund.
Waited a half hour gor viewing of property.Another couple showed up and went to the duplexes door.We had got tired of standing on the front lawn waiting.So we went and sat in our car and called to see what was going on.Finaly a lady showed up,l got out of my car and met the woman on the side walk.She didn't address herself or ask anybody their names.Told me to wait outside while she showed the home to the other couple.l waited another half hour standing on the lawn of the home.l called the office and they were rude and asked if l was still thete waiting?l laughed and hung up!
Signed up as an agent to get so called prequalified leads. Not even close to the truth, They have buyers sign up for a free trial and then when this happens they send you their info. I called and text every one of the ones that were sent. Almost 95% never responded either answering or to the text message. The couple that did, 1 was a complete whack job, another desperate for anyone to listen to sob story needing any type of home begging to have a miracle worked for them. Another said leave them the F. Alone. ETC.
These are not quality leads.
Also the info. On their site is way outdated. Ex. As an agent as well as investor in Foreclosures, I had seen on their site homes that I had personally purchased and sold stating that they were actively in pre foreclosure. One I currently own for almost a year also on here stated as the same.
They also went by a previous name before that I found out was just as bad.
Do not waste your time doing any business with this company. Their over priced leads are beyond trash. They call every realtor in the country and offer them all the same trash leads they are peddling to you when you get their eventual phone call. If they do solicit you report them to the FTC.
Realtystore has contacted me to offer a 30 days free trial and told me that I can have all the zip codes that are available for $24.95. When I check my online banking, I was charged $99.00+, I contacted Realtystore and told them that I have never agreed to the charge of $99.00+ and they told me that for each zip codes, it cost $24.95 and I told them that was not the correct information that was provided to me, they won't refund my money and all the leads was going to me are with bad credits that could not qualify and I do not even get it daily but I will file a complaint with State of Nevada Consumer's Affairs for this malpractice of Marketing for misleading information. None proof of purchase that they can offer me.
Properties that are not for sale; properties that have been sold for some time; properties not on the lists of agents stated. This site is a complete waste of time. One example (from a few) - we went to see a house prior to contacting an agent to see if we wanted to view - an hour's round trip. It was great and we called to make an appointment. We left a voice message on the listed agents voice-mail. He was kind enough to get back to me and inform me that the property was sold two years ago! And advised me not to use the site. I cancelled my subscription immediately. I was aware of the monthly charges, it's in the terms and conditions, but it's not even worth a dollar.
I joined this app five days ago, and there's no way for me to view the homes, because it keeps telling me i need to join, I am going to cancel this scam, because I don't know why you would set up a site & not give the option to login. I do hope they don't bill me after I canceled this nonsense.
We were looking for a cabin maybe to purchase & renovate for retirement. But due to Covid I lost my job. So I called to check when I canceled, the person on the other line was do friendly and understanding. She checked. & rechecked everything. She was so easy to speak with, and send email confirming the account had been closed. Also offered me more deals if I was interested. I would use them again if needed again,
I signed up to get 5 zipcodes with them. They were supposed to give me buyer and seller leads as I am a Realtor. Only one guy called in the month I was with them. When it was time to cancel; realtystore played the run around game. For two hours they kept putting me on hold and transferred me back to the original call prompt 3 times! When I told them I was going to dispute the charge on my credit card; they finally stopped playing and canceled my subscription.
I signed up prior to reading reviews unfortunately. Initially I signed up for a trial offer only to view foreclosure information on ONE home. After I signed up the site kept having "technical difficulties" for at least a week not allowing me to view the information I signed up to view. Finally, after I was able to view the information I needed I contacted them to delete my account and cancel my trial. Apparently they did not. I got billed the following month. Again I called to cancel. This time they sent a confirmation notice so I assumed all was well. Not the case. Two months later they took out of my account again! Currently Im in a dispute with them. Horrible business practices and rude customer service. I would avoid them at all costs.
YES, this clearly not proper business practice. Received nothing for 25 days, then all of a sudden a few things show up... to me this is a SCAM and not right to charge 24.95 fx 4... for EACH zip code, they give you area to fill in but them it not clear it is that much per month total 100.00. Then not one word for 25 days. JUST CALLED TO CANCEL only 10 emails for 100.00 RIP OFF.

I signed up for a trial knowing I would need to cancel (because of outrageous price). Signed up because they had listings that looked valuable. Went to the website and it was quite subpar and misleading. Went to cancel my trial and they forced me to call them and wait on hold for a long time. Then they gave lots of run arounds and what not and attempts at discounts before eventually cancelling.
I was very disappointed when nobody got back to me on over 6 houses. Prices high and not many in the area specified. Many auctions and many listings gutted houses or better for investors. I canceled and got charged for trial 2x plus reg monthly price. Never again.
Tip for consumers:
Mostly a site for investors, cash buyers or people who have money to buy immediately or contractors who do this as a business.

Only viewed site for 3 days...not worth the $2 I was charged 2x..Plus the $19.99 they charged early before the 7 day trial was over.
Aldwin provided quick and easy helpful customer service, no problems at all! I wanted to cancel the subscription once they started taking money out of my account. 49$ and he didnt give me any problems, just canceled it for me.
Guys - do not fall for all the fake positive reviews on this page. Think at what you probably googled to get here. It is 100% a scam. If you are here because you got a "NATREALTYSTORECOM 49.60" automatic charge & have no idea where it is from, odds are you were browsing for houses & clicked an ad that appeared to be part of the house hunting website, but it was actually a well placed fishy-type pop-up. You are getting charged for literally nothing worth of value. The wife canceled and said "oh we have to put one more charge through at a prorated amount, but we'll give you a $25 gift card". Confident this place just squeezes money from all until they can't anymore. You have no receipts for these, and hopefully you caught it quick enough.
I was able to cancel before my trial was up, tried to force me to stay with company. The house they sent me to look at and gave me false hope that I Had an opportunity to purchase the house of my dreams. I found out who's the realtor of the home and the house had been sold for 6 months. This website is definitely for scamming purposes only.
The $ 1. Trial last s days, then they bill you for $ 49. Many homes that ARE in foreclosure aren't listed here. I found them other ways, so don't rely on this site. Many housed that they list are resale. And can be found on Zillow or Tulia for Free! Hotpads does foreclosures for free too. It is an easy to navigate site.
I am a realtor with a condo for sale. It is owned free and clear. This same condo is showing on Realty Star as a foreclosure. Photos are not even of the right condo - actually the photo is of a dumpster!
The website has listings for homes for sale and for rent that have my company name linked to them. I get calls from people wanting to see my rental listings from the website- of which I have none and got an e-mail from a person who was very angry that I had their home listed as a foreclosure, which it was not. The site clearly operates by charging people monthly fees which go unnoticed by many users. As far as I can tell none of the listings are real, and none of the property contacts are real. They seem to choose random address and random realtor names to contact. BBB has an A+ rating on these scamsters in spite of tons of complaints. They also run rentbeforebuying.com- registered to the same physical address, with different website and customer service phone number. Customer service operators play dumb. What a racket, seems these companies can't be shut down.
I used the service on the first day. I wasn't that impressed. I tried to cancel the service using the 800 number the company supplied, before I signed up, WELL... the 800 number doesn't work. Therefore, you can't cancel until the charge goes through for the monthly subscription. Then you have to call your bank and wait online for 10 minutes to go through a dispute to the charge on your credit card.
Do not signup for RealtyStore.com. I cancelled the same day I signed up as I read several bad reviews and that it is hard to cancel. Their cancel chat link doesn't work, cant get ahold of anyone. I sent them a message to customer service stating that I wanted to cancel the service. They never replied and their website chat doesn't show a date/time stamp so can't use as proof with credit card company. Been fighting with them for 3 months. I love the service and will surely recommend this to my friends. Im very thankful to realtystore for helping me to have potential clients and I was able to utilized the 10 zipcodes very well. Now Im with them for 3months already Im so happy
Yes, I fell for the great $1 deal & signed up. However after 10 minutes in and finding some interesting properties, I started calling the listed contact numbers associated with each home for sale. ALL numbers were either wrong, no longer in service, a private residence, a company that was 'giving away free cruises' and one for Chase Bank customer service. DO NOT FALL for this scam-this company needs to be shut down and reported to your local BBBureau. I cross checked properties with Zillow & all that I had found were not for sale although TheRealtyStore advertised them as currently on the market. Buyer beware!
Why so much bad press? It sounds like a rip off service. Every complaint say the same things others say. I'm going to check with the Attorney generals office in Florida.
First this site is mostly MLS reruns and the few REO's are not available.
Second and probably most important is they run you thru a gamete of ads before for you get access and then your in box is inundated with SPAM! STAY AWAY!
OH and try and cancel... more junk! DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT.

I checked out the website for REO's and other homes for sale. The ad said FREE access but I had to sign up for a trial for $1. I canceled but I expect the have to fight when I get another billing. This is the kind of trash that does that.
