I never imagined an experience could be this terrible. I selected a preowned handbag for purchase from a website, which then presented me with the option to "trade" one of my existing handbags for credit. Engaging in the online process, I was quoted a value for my Loewe handbag as credit towards another preowned Loewe handbag, which I agreed to. Following the site's instructions, I shipped my bag within the specified timeframe for inspection and credit application before the dispatch of my new purchase. However, upon receipt, the inspection of my handbag extended beyond a week, only for it to be eventually rejected due to "not meeting their internal guidelines," without further explanation. Attempts to seek clarification through multiple emails went unanswered, though I was subsequently sent an email with a "new offer" to pay the trade difference, which I declined. Approximately three days post-rejection, I was notified of my order's cancellation. It took multiple unanswered emails, as well as multiple unanswered phone calls, and an additional two weeks to have my traded handbag returned, missing its authenticity card and original price tag, items I had included in my shipment. Further emails inquiring about these missing items and this is their response -

"Thank you for your patience while we looked into this Kimberly!

Upon verifying with our team, they informed us due to the amount of orders we are processing our terms and conditions were updated and we are no responsible for loss of accessories sent to us.

Please do not hesitate to reach back to us if you have any other question or concern. I hope you have a great rest of your day!

I strongly advise against using this website. The whole ordeal lasted almost five weeks, despite them receiving my trade-in just four days after shipping. Their customer service is awful, and there's a risk they might retain your items.

Tip for consumers:
They will flat-out not respond to multiple emails, nor answer their phone.

I ordered a bag and ups lost it, I filed the claim but rebag had to fill out the claim paperwork and send it back in, 21/2 months later it is still not resolved. I have notified rebag multi times and they tell me someone will return my call within 24hr and as of today, no return call. They will not let me speak to a supervisor, I had to start recording the phone to a have proof for all the times I have called. No not buy off this site!

I was looking for a particular Prada in a certain color as it was discontinued on Prada.com. My usual go to is Fashionphile, but they hadn't had this color in several months of waiting. Rebag did. The bag was in great conditon as stated, but they are priced a little high, in my opinion. I do like that they give you 12 months to trade it for something else. I have yet found anything to trade my bag in for if I wanted to. Their selection is lacking. I won't buy there again.

Never buy from this company! I have purchased a Hermes bag. I never received it! I had have to trace it myself with FedEx. But Rebag filed a lost claim to FedEx. They received the money from FedEx for the lost bag. Three months later, Rebag still won't refund the money to me! They kept my money and FedEx's money!
First, They told me to contact FedEx myself as a recipient! I confronted them with FedEx's paid claim number. Then they told me that Affirm put a charge back on my account. I contacted Affirm and got a confirmation from Affirm that there're never a charge back on the account. I have forwarded the information to Rebag. They won't take it. And They won't contact Affirm. They said Affirm have to contact them directly saying there's no charge back. I suggested to do a three way call. They refused the idea. They kept telling me that their system showing there's a charge back. But they won't contact Affirm to get the truth about it. They just kept my money ( plus FedEx's) and have been kicking the ball around.
This company is really disgusting. Really dishonest. Never buy from them!

This place potentially selling stolen goods. I found a bag that is exact copy of the bag that was stolen from me by my narcissistic ex, and they won't release any information as far as if it's him or not him who has this bag listed. Its a civil case, I had my atty email them, I even had police detective call them, I have a police report but police won't investigate because it's a civil case. They are protecting identity of a liar and a felon and won't help the victim. Nobody to talk to but support located in India where all they know is to repeat over and over again that they are protecting identity of sellers. Well, if sellers are not guilty, nobody will be inquiring about them. Nor will police and atty be involved.
I even found the owner on Linkedin and emailed him but nothing, like the corporate doesn't exist, just support in India.
I've contacted many non profit as well as stores all over NYC for information and not one had given me as hard of a time as this place. And I was able to find places where ex was trying to unload items he stole from me, I bet Rebag has plenty to hide if they are so difficult and possibly my bag is not the first stolen bag they've sold or are selling!
