When you pay their upfront fee, all they do is write letters for you to send to the banks /exchanges etc. but it doesn't work and it doesn't lead to any result.

Moreover, they are not lawyers so they can't mitigate and negotiate on your behalf with banks or exchanges.

They are very professional and empathetic in their communication that is for sure.

But after 9 months still don't have any money back and my contract with them has ended.

I just want to conclude don't waste your time and money on this company all they do is write letters which gets you nowhere that's all they do with no refund at the end. I have witnessed all this in the last 6 months. My contract has ended and they are still telling they were confident in getting my money back but Want 8 more months! Ridiculous!

I signed up a contract with Reclaim crypto since June 2022. The company assigned a case manager to handle my case with professionalism.

Initially, I was very impressed with their attitude, patient and advice on how to proceed with all the necessary informations and documents to write to each bank. First, the case manager sent me a long letter template to send to my banks, unfortunately, it doesn't work. Secondly, she asked me for the bitcoin transactions details n again it doesn't work. After that, the contract ends and I need to top up upfront money again to extend my contract. So it was a very trying and challenging time for me to decide whether to continue the contract. After much searching and google for reclaim crypto reviews from different portals, the final result is their success rate is low. Lastly, my advice is...be careful n alert when communicating with them. They are very professional in handling human emotion when you are in a frustrated mode.

I have two refunds that were purchased on my Celebrity cruise in September 2023. I provided the stamped documents at the airport prior to leaving the country. I have also sent original receipts via mails with copies of the stamped documents to the address they provided in Europe, which they said they have not received. Without these documents they say they cannot issue the refund. My advice is - ask for the discount when you purchase the item and avoid this process altogether. You are not going to get your refund. I would also suggest Celebrity Cruises avoid telling their customers to use this service, not a good business model to make a sale.

I hired this company 3+ years ago. Had to pay a fee up front of $1500.00 cad. It has been a total scam. They are not able to move my case forward at all. This company is another type of scam. They ask you for a fee to recover your money from scammers. Slso they do is ask you to send dozens of dispute letters which didn't produce positive results. After 6 months? They will ask you again for an extension fee doing the same thing all over again. They will continue to scam you over and over and over. You've lost money already from another scam and RC will scam you more. These people are heartless. They should go to jail.

My case is ongoing for 4 years now. 3 out of the 4 years I have had to constantly write to the case manager to get him to work on my case. When we started out, It was so promising and made it look so good to pay them for the service. To date, It feels like I spent more time on trying to contact them than they have worked on my case. To have to work for 3 years chasing them to service me and without a dime returned from the scammers and the case manager not communicating with me in regards to refunding me for the service they are not delivering…? I hope this review can result in an answer from them with a refund of the service they have not delivered.
Noteworthy anecdote is that the last time I made a review they called and wrote me and asked me to take my review down before any handling of my concerns and work got done or anything. It was a call to pacify and assure so as to get me to take the review down. I assume this to be the case with most of the bad reviews.

I was scammed by a fake online crypto investor, I got a message from a trader on my Facebook who told me about how high their profit was after investing with them, I decided to invest in the online trade because I wanted to make more profit to set up a business because my job wasn't enough to take care of myself and my family, invested $215,000.00 worth of bitcoin. This company is 100% a scam! As per my last complaint, they prey on vulnerable victims, only to steal MORE money from them. They also sent me a suspicious email from "compliance" randomly the other day saying that they "recovered" my money and they'd get back to me with the next steps, but again, it is just a scam to steal my money. I responded to the email and they did not reply back, nor answer when I attempted to call by phone. The company also claims to have a money back guarantee. It's all a lie and they should be out of business. They reached out to me a YEAR later saying they recovered my money without being in contact with me!?! Yeah right! Run while you still can! If they did recover my money, I'm still waiting for them to send me my check for $19,700. They have my address, but have not sent me my "recovered" money. Have I mentioned it's a scam?

Since June 2022 there has been no progress, I have been bounced around to different case managers that want information that I had already submitted to them. They are now gaslighting me and saying that I haven't complied with them. I have literally done everything they asked me to do and I haven't heard from them at all.
