Great idea, difficult booking! Every date we wanted was unavailable! Niece we picked a date, we booked flight and within 5 minutes went back to confirm accommodation which was available even dates showed available then in the very last button HOTEL UNAVAILABLE!

This company is a waste of time. I bought a few NFTs that offered a free resort stay through this company, but when I tried to book my San Diego and Palm springs vacations it was denied because I live within 100 miles from the vacation spots. So I lost two resort stays cause this website has stupid rules in the fine print! I live in California for a reason I love it here and if I vacation it'll be to a spot in California, but obviously I can't book through these guys. Just book through Expedia or any of the other good travel sites. THIS COMPANY SUCKS! Stay away from this RIP OFF SITE!

You gave me a hotel over an hour and a half from where I'll be visiting in Nov, when I try to resolve the issue, I received absolutely no help! I would never recommend you to anyone ever

The verbiage made it appear as if you had multiple hotels to choose from. There is only 1 and it looks sketchy at best. Then you are not made aware that once you pay to activate, you can't back out.

Bad hotel description

The hotel room was not described well. I didn't know what I was paying extra money for, the view or beds. Customer service couldn't help. I wanted to be comfortable on my trip so this is important.

I was disappointed that there were only 3 hotel options provided for the many dates I looked at for Port Douglas in Australia.
I would like to change the destination.

This company is a complete joke. My daughter "won" a trip from a little pageant she was in, and you could pick the vacation destination. She had never been to the beach so we picked Miami for 8/25/23-8/28/23. The catch was that you had to pay the taxes and a 98.00 fee ok no problem. I paid $163.77 for the hotel taxes and fees and $98 for the activation fee for redeem vacations. The night we got to the hotel we had a late flight in, and were told at the front desk that someone had already canceled our trip and that we would have to pay for the hotel out of pocket. Which was $524.88. At that point I didn't have much choice we had to pay the hotel as we were already there. I called that very same night and opened a case with them over all of this. They have tried to give me more credits to book it other places, but obviously I don't want that as a resolution I wanted my refund for just what the hotel charged me the $524.88 as I had already given them $261.77. In January they kept going back-and-forth with me telling me they couldn't find my hotel. Stay and asked me if I would call the hotel to get the receipt which I did and I provided them. On 2/17/24 I got an email that stated I would receive a refund in the amount of $454.26 to my PayPal account because they couldn't reimburse me for my parking fees ok no problem. Today today I get an email that stated they would be refunding me the $98 and the $163.77 I had paid them, but they were still looking into if I was due the $192.49 Why would I not be due everything back that I had paid the hotel? This is ridiculous. I would never recommend this company or ever use them again. This has been going on since late August of last year, and there is still no resolution, so 7 months now.
