The radio is small and pretty light. About 20 lbs. I work in a very open and loud area and was concerned with the volume of the speaker/ radio. It is loud enough and still has volume available. Would recommend to a friend.

My company trucks are stocked with Milwaukee equipment. The tools were exactly as ordered and at the best price I have found for the items I ordered. I will order from them again.

I have purchased many items with your company; every time is a good experience. I love the Milwaukee Brand and have had good luck with them. Highly recommend!

I feel bad for the people who had negative reviews.
I ordered two items from this site and my TWO 3/8" Hex hole-saw extensions came quickly. Not to mention, they had best prices.

I ordered Milwaukee cordless tool bundles August 4,2021. Never received the products and the email receipt stated the order would be coming from China. Had to file a PayPal dispute claim. Still waiting for a resolution.

I ordered Milwaukee sockets because you can not buy them in the stores. They came as described and pictured. When I had a question and called customer service they were very friendly and willing to help. Sometimes befor they ship your stuff they may send you an email to verify you are the person who ordered. They just want to make sure someone else did not make a big order with your card. It's easy and takes about a minute, and is actually a good thing. So just watch your emails. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I ordered a pole saw kit from these misfits. It was 20 dollars cheaper than other places. Good deal? Wrong! They shipped me a weed trimmer. Contacted them and they said sorry. They would send a return label and I could return the product and then they would ship the correct tool. I live out in the country, and after spending several hours trying to find someone to ship the wrong product I ended up calling FEDEX to come and pick it up. Asked Red Tool for some type of compensation, they said they would send the correct tool when they received the wrong tool back, Oh how generous! Now I will be waiting 2-3 weeks after waiting a week to get the wrong tool. Highly recommend spending the extra 20 dollars and getting from a reputable company.

I received exactly what I ordered at the great price and earlier than originally expected. My husband told me I was most likely getting scammed because of the price, he made me nervous. I called the customer service number and after a brief hold spoke to a really nice representative who told me everything shipped and gave me the fedex number. I will definitely buy from them again. They are legit.

I ordered an M12 heated jacket kit. It arrived a day early and was exactly what I wanted. Also, Red Tool Store sold it $50 cheaper than "big box stores". I was so happy I ordered 2 more jackets for Christmas presents.

We ordered a chainsaw. Paid through PayPal. Tracking says the item was delivered in our mailbox. A chainsaw is NOT going to fit in our mailbox and we have NEVER heard back from the seller. Still disputing through PayPal. Ridiculous! Buyer beware!

Went to Home Depot, the Milwaukee M18 pole saw was $349 tool only. Red tool store has it for $299 which came with a battery, the battery home depot was selling for $199.00. Red tool store saved me a lot of money, shipping time was manageable, and they offer different payment methods which was nice.

Only place nationally I could find this red hot item and it was my first time shopping from the Red Tool Store. Love the product, people were very helpful during my call will definitely. If I were to give anything less then five stars it would be on the shipping company. I watched the package and it took 4 days longer then it was suppose to, if was suppose to be delivered on a Friday and didnt arrive until the following Tuesday. Worth the wait but like a little kid waiting for Santa to arrive.

I recently purchased a Milwaukee Panel Saw from Home Depot and discovered that Home Depot could not get the additional parts that I needed. I discovered the Red Tool Store and they had exactly what I needed. All of the items arrived before my saw did and I was impressed by the packaging: the parts were appropriately protected without excessive packaging but enough to make sure nothing was damaged in transit. Will order from Red Tool Store again!

I purchased a drill-driver combo and the batteries wouldn't charge. I notified the Red Tool Store about this and they notified the Manufacturer who sent me two new upgraded and stronger batteries promptly. Good job Milwaukee Tools and The Red Tool Store. Dave

Love the set up wanted a med sweatshirt in grey none available anywhere. Maybe a two way zipper on both inner and outer coats so you don't loose heat if you need to open.

I haven't opened it yet as it's a gift. I will have to reserve any review of product until after Christmas. The ordering and delivery process was quick and easy... very satisfied.

On time delivery, good price, quality merchandise! I needed a work light for my painting business and purchased a tower light and it worked great to get the job done.

The tool took almost a month to get to me but when I got it I was happy to use it. I sold my old one for half the price of the new one and you all made two happy campers.

Fast and easy! I ordered some Milwaukee Tools and found it to be the best price around. It was shoot fast and well packaged and I have no problems with this company!

Red Tool has a very easy straight forward website to use. It was just a FEW clicks to order the product I wanted. The product was at a SIGNIFICANT SAVINGS on Red Tool Store as opposed to buying the product at the big box stores. I will revisit!

When I reached out to customer service rep, she was beyond curtious, and helpful, she went well above, and beyond, to help me with all I needed. I only rated four stars because I was not too crazy about shipping times, I don't know, Maybe I've just gotten too used to that other site, but for the most part all went very well, and the item I purchased is so very much beyond impressive, no complaints what-so-ever, MILWAUKEE part #2852-22. All I can say is the tool has the most breaking torque of any 3/8 drive cordless impact gun I've ever seen 600lbs off, and 450lbs on some 1/2 inch air guns don't have that power

Everything was delivered correctly and on time. Very impressed. I'd recommend for anyone looking for a place to pick up some good Milwaukee tools.
