On 8/1/2024 I cash apped my tithes to my church and it failed,but the next day the money was gone and the bank said cash app got it and cash app said they failed the transaction. I don't know who to believe.

This bank treated me the worst I've ever experienced in my 68 years of life. I tried to send $ through Zelle with them! Don't do it!
Tip for consumers:
There was zero reason for a 20 year+ customer to be ignored,abused and do a dog and pony show to send a small payment through Zelle. I had to repeat the transaction after their awful treatment to send it after they canceled it with no explanation. This took 6 hours. I could have driven the money faster !
