Over the years I have had quite a few pairs of glasses reglazed, mainly readers - they just reglazed my hexagonal pair from 1972 with light pink lenses and strong prescription. They look like new (small charge for new nose pads etc) & now literally looking at life through rose tinted glasses! They make it so easy & there's always a human to answer queries.

I purchased some new glasses and wanted a supplier who could fit thin, light lenses at a decent price.

Having read the reviews, I was expecting the service to be good, but I have been thoroughly impressed! I've been dealing with Neil and he is a real credit to the company. I had an issue with one of the lenses (not their fault), and Neil responded quickly and went into detail why the issue occured, and what they would do to resolve it.

Their communication has been nothing short of outstanding and if their lenses are anywhere near as good as their service, I'll be happy for years to come!

I forwarded my prescription and was contacted by a lady named "Kate" who gave me her recommendation of which lenses would best suit my requirements. I contacted "Kate" again and asked if it would be worth spending extra money on thinner lenses? Her reply was not to spend the additional money as in her opinion the lenses she had advised would be suitable. Very good honest advice, the lenses were perfect for my requirements.

Seems Kate kicked some backsides, and really went to work on the high-end specification... including a specific deep blue graduated tint.
I have in my possession now the long belated, but finest quality and smart looking varifocals!
I'll be back for more after all! Thanks for stepping in Kate.

Brilliant company. What they claim on site to deliver in cost, timing as well as quality is exactly what you get. If your existing frames are still good enough in quality to have re-glazed then this is the ONLY way to go. It was over 50% cheaper for me than for exactly the same requirement from Specsavers. The time frame for the work by both was exactly the same.

I found 're glaze my glasses on line, and thought their prices were very good, I could afford to have both pairs done one set with driving lenses which are brilliant and another pair for normal use come with anti glare nonscratch lenses as standard, very friendly helpful team who message at every step and very speedy turn around I received both sets within 5 days in fact I think I got them in 3 days! Fantastic! And will use again when required

Wonderful prompt service. Excellent value for money and really enjoyed the sweeties in the glasses box! Have had 2 pairs reglazed and will be sending another 2 pairs. Total cost for 4 pairs is still way cheaper than one pair in a well known high st chemist! Have told everyone how great you are:-)

Had bifocals to a high standard of coatings, the result gives a very bright view. The prescription is very accurate giving me very sharp vision following cataract operations. Including an overhaul resulted in spectacles as good as new. Very satisfied.

Delighted with my glasses. I've got varifocals and they are perfect. No adjustment needed just put them on and there was no problem adjusting to them. I would recommend and definitely order lenses from you again..

I sent 3 pairs to this company, 1 very expensive Mont Blanc, I Gant and 1 for pupil distance. After learning the order was returned to an old address and waiting an extra week, I, ve just received 1 pair back. Phone number is being answered with an auto message advising their busy. A total mess! I wouldn't recommend at all. There are other opticians out there doing the same job.

Using Reglaze my Glasses means I can have loads of pairs of glasses! I buy frames in the sales, usually unusual sunglasses and have them reglazed.

I've lost count of the times people ask to try my glasses on. Everyone always wants to know where I get them from.

They are so good I'd sent a pair of chanel frames that needed my prescription lens going in and lens size adjustment made smaller. They did not charge extra for the adjustments and for the best lens and loads of extras £36 all in and with recorded delivery they are so good I recommend you will not be disappointed and what a quick turnaround 24hrs and glasses back and done I'm such a happy customer

Fabulous idea and fabulous service. Simply ordered a box, sent off my old glasses with my prescription. They called me to discuss my options. I paid over the phone and my glasses came back as good as new. Brilliant!

I decided to use Reglaze My Glasses as I purchased some frames online and my local optician was proving quite expensive re: providing lenses, particularly Eyezen lenses. I researched various companies but went with this one due to their consistently good reviews and the option to purchase Eyezen lenses at a more reasonable price. I noted they also offered their own Eyezen equivalent called 'Smart View' which after careful consideration I decided to purchase and l am very pleased! I use digital devices for approx. 5 hours or more a day and I've noticed my eyes feel less fatigued with these lenses; its been an excellent purchase for my eyes and my pocket! I will definitely use this company for any lenses I require in the future and I highly recommend their efficient, cost effective, professional service.

I was told that it would take 10 days to reglaze my glasses and sure enough, it did. I found the service professional, transparent and excellent value for money. I changed my mind about the sort of lenses I wanted but this was no problem and they went ahead and accommodated the changes. And to top it all, they included two chocolates in the return package! I would certainly recommend.

This company treats 'some' customers inhumanely.
They have made my life a living hell for the past 3 months. I need my glasses for everyday use and cannot afford a replacement. Due to what they have done i have been having constant headaches from struggling to see.
1st) they posted by glasses to the wrong place. Then after 2 months of time wasting they agree to replace my glasses. It takes another few weeks before the replacement is ready.
2nd) After what is now a 3 month delay they send my glasses by 3rd class post! This was made worse by the fact that i am away from the UK and warned them that the local postal service is terrible and that the glasses would most likely go missing if they don't send it by courier. It has been 3 weeks since my glasses was 'sent'. It hasn't gotten to me and they continue to ignore my emails.
I would advice you to avoid dealing with these deeply unfair people.

I sent in a pair of glasses months ago to be made as Varifocal Lenses, I was told I need an up to date prescription to get the lenses made which is fair, despite sending this in, no one called me for over two weeks. I then finally had one of the two pairs sent to me. I called again to chase it and was told the next pair would be sent within a week. When they finally came, I could not see through them properly. I called to chase this and spoke to Kate who said I had to send in a selfie, despite doing this, again no one has called me, this is now the 5th time I have called them. After speaking to Kate again I told her it is not on that I have to keep chasing them for a bad job they did when they were so quick to take payment, her response was to laugh at me which I found rude and insulting. Months later and I have paid £145 for glasses I cannot see out of, go elsewhere if you can is my honest review unless you like chasing people, then this company is for you!

Thought this would be genuine offer if recommended by MoneySavingExpert. Awful service.No response after a week - had to chase them up then the surprise of the invoice - price quoted way above price list, together with threat that you may not receive your frames back unless you pay the £4 supplement for recorded delivery which had been stated as free return postage and, still waiting for return of my frames. ReglazeMyglasses have really let me down. I really didnt expect this from the best consumer site on the internet IN THE WORLD! Very disappointed and deceived. I normally would have my glasses back glazed with free postage by now from Ciliary Blue who are not price inflating conmen. Sorry MSE this is a big fail and a very real come-on scam. Wasted a lot of my time and effort and reglazeMyglasses have taken the consumer to be a gullible fool. Steer clear of this bogus offer. I would be really curious to know how many people have been convinced into paying more than they intended.
