I bought the 9 in 1 cavitation machine from Rejuvafresh. I wanted to use it a little while before making a review. So far this machine is working perfectly with no mechanical issues at all. It seems to be a good quality as per the price that I paid for this grade of machine. Customer service was available for my initial training. They followed up with emailing a manual for the machine as requested. It takes a while to see results for cavitation to be effective. I'm still hopeful to see results.
Everything was great. Super safe delivery. The device is securely packed in a strong box on wheels. The device is powerful, really no worse than the professional ones that work in the salon.

Honestly I was hesitant over doing this purchase because of how good it sounded & because the prices where great. I did the purchase & it's been a month since I got hands on with the machine & l loveddd the results I have even started working on friends and family members. I purchased the EMShape Neo Elite and love it. It is very powerful. Right after using it you can feel that your muscles are firmer. I appreciate that you can also get training and a certificate if needed.

I needed an additional machine after purchasing one a couple of weeks prior, and had the same wonderful experience - I ordered on a Sunday and I had the product on my doorstep by Friday of the same week! Training and support is excellent and the machine is identical to the one I received prior, I've been seeing quick results and it's very powerful for the price range and compact size.

I purchased the Perfect Shape Neo machine. Very happy with the quality of the product. It is powerful and produces great results. Shipping experience was mostly ok, however, I would rate it a 4 out of 5 as I would receive messages that my order was delayed, then cancelled and then it eventually showed up. Also, while I give the product 5 stars overall, I wish the company sent clear instructions and information about how to access training.
