Today (2021/02/23) I have started using Remitano services and they have been excellent. The fact of having a wallet in local currency that is in their name, makes transactions with other pairs executed in seconds. Verification of the transfer is done by Remitano staff and then when the trade is executed, the transfer of the crypto is immediate. I have had a few questions and they were all cleared up with incredible speed of response. From this moment, they will be my main platform to exchange my fiat money. They locked my account when i tried withdrawing my crypto to my personal account an all efforts proved useless till i escalated the issue, Retricap. I would have lost it all if i did not know how to go about getting my funds back.

My first experience which I believe that it requires urgent attention is your customer service. The delay in their response is always frustrating.
The second challenge is on the fiat deposit, especially NGNR. The level of system failure in the automatic system confirmation approach is alarming, sometimes fiat deposit will remain for weeks without being confirmed. This will definitely put the people's confidence in doubt.
My suggestion on the customer service
First, improve the robot and as well employ more people to handle this challenge. Secondly, create room for direct call service, SMS and chat may not work so fast.
Secondly, on the fiat deposit, It is necessary that you people confirm the network strength of your vendors bank at every point before listing it out for payment or better still contract the deposit out like POS agent, let the merchant and the vendor have direct access in the Remitano platform during fiat deposit, so that the workings of the system will witness a situation where u will make a deposit in the platform, instead of the system waiting for the vendor who might be busy with other things to confirm and give the system authorization to credit the vendor, the management can see the chat of both the Vendor and the merchant. This will also help the Remitano to stand in escrow, such that if the delay in confirmation is coming from the verified Remitano vendor, the management can credit the Merchant and recover the sum from the bond deposited with the management.
Transaction here is quite Adequate and quite depending, I love trading here, for easy and fast payment.
