Today (2021/02/23) I have started using Remitano services and they have been excellent. The fact of having a wallet in local currency that is in their name, makes transactions with other pairs executed in seconds. Verification of the transfer is done by Remitano staff and then when the trade is executed, the transfer of the crypto is immediate. I have had a few questions and they were all cleared up with incredible speed of response. From this moment, they will be my main platform to exchange my fiat money. In the photo you can view some of transactions done today.
They locked my account when i tried withdrawing my crypto to my personal account an all efforts proved useless till i escalated the issue, Retricap. I would have lost it all if i did not know how to go about getting my funds back.
I initiated ngn withdrawal from my remitano ngn wallet into my bank account since morning, I got notification via email since around 9:32 am earlier today 24/12/2021 that the withdrawal has been processed but until this moment that I am writing this review my bank account has not been credited. This is disappointing. And as a result of this I could not emback on my journey today. It's anyoing, frustrating and disappointing.

This site is the only and the first of it kinds.
Services are very prompt and precise. You have nothing to worry about. If Marchant is not available, your voin is swiftly returned after the clock stops.
My last experience was not so perfect, it took more than 3ms to get my transaction executed. I think and believe that with some little adjustment on your platform, everything will be perfect.
Their support is slow to reply. They say remitano replies in under 5 minutes. But I have been waiting over an hour. They always lock my coins when I use home WiFi saying that VPN was used. Withdrawal limit is there $2,500 and didn't know that. Now I'm waiting for 3 days to get my funds.
Also they do not care if buyer is sending third party payment. As in they can send third party payment (violation of Terms of Service and that user can also give negative feedback for demanding KYC). I don't think ppl who have failed to observe rules like sending from different account than user's name. There will be no protection against that with Remitano.
I have dispute ongoing with a user for since 18 days, user has made third party payment, the receipt of sending says expired ID documents that user sent - which is a message from Standard Chartered Bank. Still their dispute support is only a robot who sends a message after 24 hours of non activity.
It says along these lines. "(User) you have not responded in 24 hours. Please submit information or evidence within 24 hours or dispute will be resolved to buyer. Any evidence after 24 hours will be considered INVALID."
What kind of support is this, they only consider last man standing instead of protecting the seller against third party payment, fake receipts sending, genuine bank to bank dispute and the only thing which will matter is who keeps replying continuously for 24 hours.
It's being run by an unprofessional bunch of people, unlike Localbitcoins or Paxful.

This is the easiest way to trade your cryptocurrency. Before now with the government crackdown I reluctantly continued. Remitano is a sign of great relief. It works and it's fast.

I had a bad experience with remitano. They constantly make mistakes and leave customers. Support replies like Bot. I wondered what their support was born for, just bot enough.
