Opened 2 trades both were offline each trade take 30 mins to cancel so there goes an hour, 3rd trade waited 20 minutes thought he is also offline, he marked payment as paid on last minute but didn't paid it had to dispute trade after disputing remitano team told me to verify identity for fast process which i didn't the owner paid the payment after 20 mins.
2 hours wasted on a single trade

Must of your merchant are not paying before the specified time and a seller cannot summons to the company. I had other experience from my friend account where someone sells his Renec and withdrawn the money through different account number which supposed to be paid through the owner account number.

I bought btc from remitiano since Monday and I was not allowed to withdraw out. Of course my account is fully verified. Each time I try to withdraw the touch/faceId keeps showing up. But I am not able to verify using this feature.

A lot depends on the seller you trade with. Generally they're quite responsive but the last seller by name Solomon Godwin Okon was not responsive. Avoid such sellers. I would have given 4 or 5 stars but the last seller messed things up
