Today (2021/02/23) I have started using Remitano services and they have been excellent. The fact of having a wallet in local currency that is in their name, makes transactions with other pairs executed in seconds. Verification of the transfer is done by Remitano staff and then when the trade is executed, the transfer of the crypto is immediate. I have had a few questions and they were all cleared up with incredible speed of response. From this moment, they will be my main platform to exchange my fiat money. In the photo you can view some of transactions done today.
They locked my account when i tried withdrawing my crypto to my personal account an all efforts proved useless till i escalated the issue, Retricap. I would have lost it all if i did not know how to go about getting my funds back.
My transaction was cancelled even after I had sent payment with all I had.
I was so disturbed, I sent several mails but had no response for hours. But once it seem the system was up again, all mails bearing same complain were responded to giving me great satisfaction. The matter was resolved in minutes after the first mail was attended to.
I have been selling btc on remitano for more than two years now and I have never experienced setback or hitches.

Money going out from Remitano but I do not receive the money in my bank account. According to Remitano support (Winter) it is because of my bank network. If it is the bank network the money should not be going out from my Remitano account. This issue make me scare to use Remitano in the future.

Remitano is frauding it's customers… I sent btc to account copied on my Remitano account and later said I sent to wrong account… I check and I see another account on my Remitano btc wallet and by the barcode is a refresh, the btc address changes on Remitano anytime you refresh it…. And they are telling I sent money to wrong address which is not true. I attached the last btc address which was assigned to my Remitano account after several refreshing with different btc address. This is big fraud

I have a shocking experience. The buyer claimed to have transferred money to my UBA account, but for almost 2 days it was not credited to my account, even up till the time of writing this note. I hope remitano will recover my coin as I never authorize release of it since I never got paid. I have sent my bank statement for the resolution of this issue. I advised that Remitano be more careful about such buyers with the interest to defraud sellers on Remitano platform. Thank you on the swift resolution of this issue.
Because of the nature of the details description to be included during depositing that favours payment through bank app only, I am constrained to send payment using bank ussd code or similar channel like ATM. Kindly, Make payment deposit easy through other payment channels where payment description is not available

Remitano is a pretty decent platform just with low trading limits. But in general, you need to be careful of all these Bitcoin brokers as well as forex and Binary options investment companies and make sure they are genuine before you invest. I was swindled by a bitcoin trader last month and he ran away with my $43K.
