This job board is a fake out! It is phishing for you personal information to sell to marketing companies. There have been a lot of jobs ads that lead you to this website and there are others similar like remotewritingjobs.com and remotecomputerjobs.com. It is just a copy of paste of other jobs not local and gathering your personal information.
