I was very skeptical when making my coffee machine purchase at Rent A Product. First of all it was $150 cheap than anywhere else on the internet and second because the company reviews are awful I sent for it anyway since I can always get the money back from my bank if I never receive the product. What do you know? I received my Breville coffee maker in the mail today. It was 1.5 months after making the purchase. I called the number on the site twice and a nice gentleman both times told me it will be mailed up to 5-7 days after 01/15. I received a tracking info on 01/24 and machine arrived 01/25. Its is brand new and I am very pleased.

Beginning of June I contact customer service and they explain they would be shipping it 1-3 weeks to that date. Today marks 3 weeks and 1 day so I emailed to cancel and refund (which they never took money thank goodness). Extremely bad business ethics! You're literally 20 minutes from my home why in the world would it take so long? With NO communication to me? HORRIBLE COMPANY! This company is a sham. I ordered a sewing machine more than a year ago. Never received the sewing machine and after one year of sending emails asking for a status update I would receive an auto message saying the same thing. No additional information available. I then requested a refund and haven't received that either. The steals your money. Crazy. Do not pay with an electronic check. Your bank cannot support you.

I'm so glad I checked online for reviews before almost making a horrible mistake handing over my money to these con artists. What goes around comes around! The owner must be a miserable individual to operate this way! I almost feel bad for them.

I ordered a tv from this company in July, at that time could not find much information about them online good or bad. The price for the tv was about $50 less then other online retailers so I ordered from them. What followed, was delay after delay in the shipping of my order so I cancelled the order and requested a refund. Again delay after delay (check was lost in the mail - yeah right!). By this time I was able to find more info about the company online. The BBB in Lake Worth Florida had dozens of complaints and an "Alert" on there website about them. Checked Google Maps and their listed address is the address of a pack and ship company (like a ups store) where you can rent a post office box! After literally dozens of phone calls and e-mails, I did eventually receive a refund in October! Save yourself the aggravation, buy from a legit company.

Scam alert! Do NOT buy anything from this company. I ordered and paid for their advertised Keter Manor Shed (4 x 6 resin outdoor shed) on May 27,2020. I was sent conformation on my order and payment received for $279.99. I NEVER received the shed. It was always on back order. After months of waiting I finally requested a refund. Rentproductsonline told me that they would send the refund through PayPal. I did not have a PayPal account but soon realized It was the only way I was going to reimbursed so I opened an account. My PayPal account requested the $279.99. Rentproductsonline never used that account to reimburse me. In fact, they never responded to any correspondence in connection to Paypal. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Unfortunately that was also unsuccessful in getting my money returned. I went on line today & they are still listing that shed for $279.99.

I have a contract for a new buy (not renting) item and despite several emails and their web page contact there is no reply and no company. My receipt is from Invoice #******* from 02/08/2021 states Postage Method: Delivery Between 14 and 30 Days so it's well over 2 weeks past due.

This person masquerading as a business offers products at below market value. I ordered an item in May. I cancelled the order after 2 months, and numerous delays. I was told that a refund check was mailed, and another could not be issued. I am now told I will get a refund in December through Paypal. Sure...
I was going to purchase a serger, but decided to check reviews first. Everything pointed to ridiculousness, so it seemed to be the best thing to do. Most reviews told of different adventures people had with the company. But one really caught my attention. A customer complaining about the Paypal option that was promised not working. This company has for customer service. I ordered something in August and kept calling to check on my order status because they kept telling me it would be mailed out. I never got mailed out the customer service was really rude. The guy asked me if I knew how to count and that the product will be here in 10 days. I asked him not to talk to me like that and asked his name. He hung up on me and blocked my phone number. And I still have no product or refund.

This is a terrible company... they will steal your money. I have been waiting for a refund for months and counting, I don't think I will get it!... contacted them a number of times! They took a long time to send the item, we never got it... their excuse was they are waiting for the item... four months later I asked for a refund!... 3 months later no refund! They told me that they can do anything because how long it has been! SCAM! Stay away!
I only rate them as one star because there's nothing lower. You'd be better off just burning the money rather than sending it to them. They won'f send the product (they'll tell you they are having a hard time getting it from the manufacturer) but you can have a refund. You'll never get the refund. Oh we sent the refund, but we can cancel the check and send another, yeah right.

I bought a new Greenworks 16" electric chainsaw at RPO on April 12,2021. I went with them because they were about $20.00 or so dollars cheaper than other retailers. They said delivery would be 4 to 6 weeks. That is the last that I heard from them. I don't even know if this review site relates to the entity from which I purchased the chainsaw. I can't find their site again. I think trying to save a few bucks is going to double the price of the chainsaw when I purchase it from a legitimate company.

I'm glad I didn't give any payment info. I was ordering a Window A/C Unit but something about this site just didn't seem right. I contacted the Seller before my order even began to process and told them to cancel. I also sent an email to the website and asked for my name, address and email to be deleted. I was shopping at Amazon when "Bing" had a Pop-up from this site appear. I was surprised at how much lower the A/C's price was and fell for it. I would give a negative rating if I could. I purchased a printer from them in December 2019. They charged my CC for the purchase immediately. I was then notified that this product had not been received from their supplier and would take 4 weeks to get. I waited. 4 weeks goes by and the same answer, 4 weeks... long story short, it is now the middle of March 2020 and still no printer and no idea when they will be getting them in. This product is STILL on their website for purchase! They DO NOT have this product, but they still have my money!. Do not purchase from this company. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and the Florida State Attorney General's office!

I paid $122,99 for a Tankless Hot Water Heater that was listed as a new heater. I have yet to receive the item or a refund. I emailed their useless "customer support" three times. This item should have been shipped the next day and been here by now. I live in Ohio. Fraud across state lines is a federal felony. I have reported them to the Florida Attorney General Consumer Fraud Division, IC3.gov (the FBI online fraud unit), and the Palm Beach County Sheriff for prosecution. If you have been scammed by these guys, you need to take the time to file as well. The BBB is worthless. You need to file criminal complaints against them.
I guess these guys like the idea of being $#*! raped in prison.
