I have been a long time customer of Reolink. They used to provide some semblance of Customer Service. Their US Customer Service is in Asia, (they won't tell you where). It is virtually impossible to speak to anyone in the US. Their tech support is horrible, they read through a script. Their wait times on hold are ridiculous. I was hung up on by an agent after 8 minutes, he had my # but no call back. Spent literally over 3 hrs trying to get them to honor their "30 MONEY BACK GUARANTEE." They opened a ticket for me twice. Each time, they sent me a 1 question survey "how did we do - a) good, b) bad." I hit "b)" both times and it closed my ticket. IMO REOLINK IS TERRIBLE and they have lost my business forever. Asked for supervisor told they were all in a meeting, but one would call me back, never did. Buyers Beware, they don't care! What a nightmare.

Reolink is an offshore company that has a tiny Asian support center for the entire US. Their US company does not have a number or email to contact them. Their customer support is terrible. No supervisor called me back when I asked for it. TERRIBLE! BUYERS KNOW WHAT YOUR GETTING INTO!
