I purchased the Chanel J12 replica watch. Unfortunately I was sent the rose gold bezel model when I had definitely ordered the yellow gold. OK we all make mistakes, therse things happen. I contacted them about the mistake. In spite of several emails NO ONE has had the courtesy to get back to me. I have tried all possible addresses. They stipulate that errors must be reported within 3 days. I've been trying for over 2weeks!. There is nothing wrong with the product, it's just the wrong colour gold. Funnily enough my initial transaction was very speedy and professional. They now have my money so why should they bother is the distinctive attitude. DON'T GO THERE!
