I made my reservation then I read the reviews which made me worry a lot thinking that it's a scam. So I promised to make this review if everything goes well. And it did! The whole process went through very smoothly
Tricked into using their site when I thought I was using the hotel site to book. Up-charged massive fees and "tax recovery" BS. Within 24 hours, I realized my mistake and when I called to cancel, I spoke to 3 different service representatives who gave me 3 completely different explanations. They assured me a supervisor would review my complaint because they would not allow me to cancel. I forced the 3rd rep to cancel and was told I would not receive a refund. My cost was $1,578.26. They sent me a voucher for 1/2 of the initial price. To use in the future. They are a joke, but they seem to be getting away with it so far. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and was told there have been other complaints about them. AVOID THIS VENDOR AT ALL TIMES.
This company has no redeeming qualities - they scam you into thinking they are the hotel, and they HIDE that there are additional processing fees. They never sent a confirmation email, When I asked to change my dates, they said no; no changes, no refunds. I was scammed into thinking I had booked directly with the hotel!

This business is terrible, they lied to me and told me that they are the hotel I was trying to contact and used my card information to book for other customers, I ended up unable to check in to the hotel and still they will not refund my money. Big lier or a scammer company, do not call them to book anything or give them any information. You will get charged and don't know who to talk to. Bad bad bad business practices!

First, I did think I was booking through the actual hotel in Mexico, so I was surprised to find out it was Reservation Stays, never even heard of them. I had to change our reservations about 2 weeks after. So I cancelled online and followed instructions. I did call the hotel and they didn't have us as reserved, but that didn't worry me, our stay wasn't until next year. Was going to cancel what I had and rebook. Didn't look at reviews until after, then I was extremely worried about rebooking. However I got my large amount of money back on my credit card within 4 days! I was very happy. Have my doubts now about the negative reviews. I will try this company again.

I never heard of reservation stays. I only recognized the name after they somehow intercepted my call to the hotel where I am performing a wedding. They told me I had no reservation and the hotel was mostly booked. I was told I could get a room but I had better book now and could cancel later. I booked and now can't reach anyone to cancel. The hotel told me that I was booked by some third party at this exorbitant rate. I have called my credit card to identify this issue. Apparently I can't dispute the charge until I am billed for it. I thought I was calling the hotel. It wasn't the hotel. Now when I call to call, I get put in a que and have to wait for hours or get other run around. BEWARE I AM STILL WAITING.

Booked only 1 of 3 rooms before the agents computer failed. He could not book the other 2 rooms. He refused to refund my payment for the room he did book even though I needed 3 rooms not just 1.
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, customer service. Have to get credit card company involved to dispute charges. Had to rebook going through the hotel which was much cheaper. Save yourself a huge headache by NOT using Reservation Stays. When i clicked on the confirmation email, my computer warned me that it is an unsafe website. I cant even get my itinerary. Hotel has no record of my reservation. WORST I HAVE EVER USED!

This company hosted a false front website that impersonated a legitimate hotel site. They sold me a room that the hotel does not even offer. Upon checkin at the hotel I discovered that they did not have the room I purchased and would not do anything to correct the error, forcing me to buy a second room at the hotel and doubling my expenses.

I spoke with them on the phone told him exactly what I needed which was a sweet asleep six people for the website showed very clearly all the rooms listed below sleeps six. But I wanted to confirm because the picture only showed 23 beds. She told me the suite had 2 rooms with 2 queen beds.
He called the hotel the next day just to double confirm and we only had one regular room booked… So I called reservations days back explain the situation and they hung up on me. When I called right back suddenly there was a voicemail saying oh if we are busy please send us a email. They are shady, untruthful, and have zero integrity. DO NOT USE THEM TO BOOK ANYTHING!

This company is a total scam! I reserved a room over the phone and the agent said $286 but they actually charged double on my card. When they send me the confirmation email the cost of the room was not included and there was no evidence to dispute the cost with your bank! During the whole conversation the agent refer to himself as Hilton group agent, but he wasn't part of the Hilton group at all. They never mentioned anything about no cancellation/changes policy. When I called them to fix the mistake the manager said "We won't do anything to fix it, all transactions are final. Do whatever you want nothing will change" They were well aware that the dispute with the bank wouldn't procede because the receipt didn't include any cost amount and that's the reason they do not include it!

Do NOT use reservationstays.com aka Superstays.com to reserve lodging! They are a third party site who charges more than DOUBLE the current hotel market rate. I booked a hotel through them and didn't realize I had used a third party site until I checked in to the hotel and someone mentioned it.

My hotel reservation in Va Beach was canceled by the hotel because
The hotel had "No Hot Water", but the hotel didn't tell me until after I drove 3+ hours to get there.
In a panic, I used a booking site that came up first, when I was searching for a hotel for my stay.
I made a reservation thru Reservationstays.com
The price quoted was $230.50 a night for 2 nights, a total of $461.
I agreed to that amount, but when I got the CC bill,
My Credit card was charged $586.62!
When I asked the hotel about this, they said the total amount for my 2 night stay was $433 total and that's how much they charged Reservationstays.com.
Reservationstays.com made $154 just to make the reservation, that's a Ripoff!
Stay Away from ReservationStays.com!

Never use these crooks. These are crooks with some intelligent way of diverting official hotel booking sites to their system. I accidentally booked through their website, thinking that I was putting my credit card details on City Lodge system. Only to be surprised to receive a dubious confirmation from reservation stays. This was really a nightmare, I spent over two hours at the reception waiting for the Hotel to acknowledge the booking. Thank God, it finally did. To prove these are dubious people, they could not offer me a receipt and this was very unfortunate for me since this was a business trip, and need my company to reimburse me. The moment you try to demand responses, their customer services bastards close the ticket on you. Do not use these crooks, you risk losing your money. I have since changed my credit cards because of these people, I am sure they are harvesting people's credit card details. All their customer service people have dubious ghost names. I am glad that it was only for one night. Please check twice before you put your credit card details on any hotel website.

I'll never again book through Reservation Stays, nor recommend it to anyone.
I booked (Confirmation #: B_*******) through this company July 28 for a September 2,2023 check-in. Next day, July 29, I tried to adjust check-in online for a day earlier (September 01), as I couldn't get through "modify reservation". I had contacted Hotel directly, but was referred to Reservation Stays instead.
Calling Reservation Stays today, I was number #300+ in the queue so I emailed them, twice. Their email redirected me to "ask the hotel directly at check-in" and "Your ticket with this team has been marked as closed. Please note that any further responses on this thread will not be monitored. For any additional questions, please refer to our Help Center, or start a new inquiry by emailing or calling us."
I called their Help Desk (*******618) TWICE. There was NO PICKUP either time. ZERO customer service!

This was first site that came up when searching hotel name. Not the actual hotel front desk but pretended to be. Charged
Me double the normal group rate. Lied about group rate. No way to adjust rate at hotel since prepaid with credit card
Cancellation cost one night higher rate plus and additional fee. Cheaper to keep reservation than cancel and rebook. RIDICULOUS! DO NOT USE THSE PEOPLE!

This was for Embassy Suites By Hilton Los Angeles International Airport North.
I put in 3 days and the rate was $390 a night $AUD and they claimed that included a discount of $233, making the full rate $623 a night.
When I put in 3 days at the Hilton website it remained the same at $281 a night. Reservation Stays is charging more than double than booking directly with the hotel. I also checked Kayak and others and the rate was less than $10 more than if booking directly.

This company is incredibly corrupt. We were supposed to get a refund over $1000 (we have an email confirming this), but the money has never been refunded and they don't respond to emails. I waited on hold for 2 1/2 hours, only to be told by their agent that Citibank must've made the error. Next step is hiring a lawyer, but so frustrating that it has to come to that. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!

The feasibility of a "non-refundable" contract adversely impacts consumers whose flihghts become delayed for circumstances out of their control. Rocelle replied to my complaint by denying refund of a payment made to attend a conference at Capthorn Hotel in London UK. The cause of the delay was the late departure of Delta Airlines due to safety reasons. The hotel receipt specifically states that I did not stay for the first day of my planned itinerary. Rocelle blames Copthorne Hotel for not granting the refund. However the Copthorne Hotel/ London website routes all bookings through Reservation Stays. This points to a direct fiduciary relationship between Reservation Stays and Copthorne Hotel, clealry designed to impede refunds in circumstances such as this. I filed a complaint with VISA.

My mother passed away and I missed the day to cancel my stay, I spent 3 days calling Reservation Stays to ask for a cancellation with full refund, they gave me a hard time. They kept telling me that I needed to call the hotel to ask them if it was okay to cancel, the hotel said that Reservation Stays calls them daily to cancel for people, but they would not do this for me, finally the hotel said they would just cancel it and I got Reservation Stays to cancel... now to see if I get a refund! BEWARE of this company, and their customer service people are foreign and very hard to understand!

I booked 5 reservations through Reservation Stays. I needed to cancel the next day after booking. Four of the rooms were cancelled with refund (I paid extra to get free cancellation). One was not cancelled. I was told that a policy stating that the tickets were non-refundable was on the confirmation I received. I searched all over the page and cannot find that statement. I have indicated that to them and sent them a copy of my confirmation. I have emailed them several times and get the same response. I called the hotel and was told that the four reservations were cancelled, but the other one was booked by Agoda (Priceline). This makes no sense, as I booked all 5 rooms the date and time. I have also contacted Agoda. I have not received a response yet. Please do not book with either of these companies. They are scammers. I am contacting FTC (Federal Trade Commission) and the Business Bureau. Do not make my mistake Check reviews before booking with any company. Be aware of scams They are out there.

I made a reservation and paid for it on 2/6/22. When i arrived at the hotel on 5/18/22 i was told that my reservation had been canceled on 2/16/22 via email by HotelBeds.com. When I returned home on 5/22/22 sent Reservationstays requesting a refund. I also called and spoke to a person whose English was hard to understand. I received an email from Reservationstays stating they would investigate. Shortly after that I received an email from SnapTravel saying they would check in to my complaint. A follow up email form SnapTravel said they would talk to the hotel manger to confirm my complaint. Late afternoon 5/23/22 I received an email saying my money would be refunded. I was never given an explanation on how this happened or what the relationship between Reservationstays/HotelBeds and SnapTravel is. In addition the price I had to pay the hotel on 5/18 was over $220 more than the price I paid on 2/6. I would not use this site again!
