“Fraudulent business practices, scam will keep your money AVOID THEM”

Tricked into using their site when I thought I was using the hotel site to book. Up-charged massive fees and "tax recovery" BS. Within 24 hours, I realized my mistake and when I called to cancel, I spoke to 3 different service representatives who gave me 3 completely different explanations. They assured me a supervisor would review my complaint because they would not allow me to cancel. I forced the 3rd rep to cancel and was told I would not receive a refund. My cost was $1,578.26. They sent me a voucher for 1/2 of the initial price. To use in the future. They are a joke, but they seem to be getting away with it so far. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and was told there have been other complaints about them. AVOID THIS VENDOR AT ALL TIMES.

I made reservations using this site and found out two weeks before my stay that I could not cancel and get a full or partial refund. They have a no refund policy. I will never use this site again. IfbI could give it zero stars I would.

Lies lies lies.
Nothing they said was true.
Had to pay $45 per day for parking after assured there was no fee. Booked a double queen got a king. Told there was a pool. No pool.
No response from the company. Spent so much time calling.

My husband had to take an urgent trip for work and made a reservation over the phone with an agent who chose the wrong state! The confirmation email stated the date and verified the city name. Once he got to the correct hotel, there was no availability at the hotel. The reservationstay.com customer service refused to give him his money back or a credit because he hadn't cancelled or changed the reservation within the time frame allowed. Even though the call was recorded and it could be verified he requested a different state, Dean Irish refused to help us. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We're now out over $700 for a 6 day hotel stay in the wrong state!

Run, and Run fast. Crackly reception, so you bad information. Tried to cancel. Hotel refunded them, but they did not refund me. Called multiple times to resolve. No refund. No stay. Awful, awful, and awful.

I somehow tried to book a room through this site and asked about a block of rooms for a wedding I am attended. Was advised the block of rooms were not available, but I could still book a room. This website does not have access to that info, but never directed me back to Marriott and now they will not issue a refund. Said that Marriott would need to provide a letter saying that they could refund me.

I sought to make a booking through Reservation Stays. The site failed to confirm the reservation, but I was contacted by my bank stating that Reservation Stays was seeking to complete the transaction. I therefore called the number on Reservation Stays website and the person to whom I spoke refused to transfer me to a customer service agent. Remarkably bad service. Remarkably lacking sensitivity to customer concerns and requirements.

This company is a SCAM. Stay away. I made a reservation to the wrong date and never got a confirmation email, so didn't have anyone to contact to correct my mistake. I didn't even use the hotel and they still kept my money. They stole my money.

I booked a room directly with a hotel in Ireland (I thought), but got the confirmation back from "reservationstays.com" Now I need to modify the reservation. Their website gives a number to call for "cancellation or changes" to your stay. I called them and they refused to modify the reservation, saying "that is not possible according to the hotel." I called 4 times, got different service reps (all with thick accents in some India call-center) and they all refused to modify my reservation. They are all reading from the same script. I called the Hotel directly, and they have no problem with me modifying the reservation, but they can't do it -- I have to do it through reservationstays.com. And reservationstays already charged my card, which was only to reserve the room (reserve now, pay later). I am furious and don't know who to contact to resolve this. I can't cancel the reservation, because now the Hotel is completely booked for those days. I think I am being scammed.

Never stayed at the hotel as it was disgusting! It was a last min booking. They said they would refund with proof from the hotel we didn't stay there. Sent that to them and they went ghost. Phone line always buys and they stopped responding to emails. Disputed with credit card then this place disputed my disputed! Really wtf! This place needs to be reported to BBB!

Got a really great deal for the grand hotel in Vegas. Paid only $219.00 for 4 night. However within 24 hrs after booking with them. I got a fraud alert from capital one. My account was locked. Called the bank and was told my account was locked, due to suspicious activity. I was asked did I make a food purchase around 2 am in Las Vegas. I said no. I am not yet in Vegas. I am still in CA. The amount was for about $48.50. I told the bank rep, even if I was in Vegas. I do not eat at 2am. An investigation was done. Had to get a new bank card. The price for the hotel was great. I just did not expect for someone to take my info and treat themselves. I called reservation stay. The same number I used to book the room. I was told they would investigate, I never heard back from anyone. Lesson learned. I only book from secured sites now. I am a bit leary to give my personal info over the phone.

I accidently booked a reservation on the wrong day with these people, they refused to help and/or modify the reservation. To boot I got COVID and they refused to do anything about it. They took my money for a stay that I never used and kept my $79.00 for nothing. The credit card company refused to help me also.

Before you make a hotel reservation, make sure it is not on the impostor web site Reservationstays.com! I made this mistake. I paid additional money to make the reservation refundable. When I called to cancel the reservation they sent me a form that would be "reviewed" by another organization - Refundablem.com. Depending on your reason for cancelling the reservation, the form required things such as personal medical information, doctors notes, death certificates, and multiple documents to prove your reason for cancelling. When I called Reservationstays.com to protest the denial of my refund they told me they didn't make the decision. And there is no way to appeal or reach out to "refundableme.com."

This reservation booking 3rd party business is the worst. Do not use them ever. They booked the wrong hotel and before refunding my money I had to go to the wrong hotel and request documentation that I didn't stay there. I also had to provide my hotel invoice that I had to pay for at the correct hotel. Takes hours to get through to them and the booking agents have poor English. What a nightmare I still don't have a refund from them. Never will use them again. Horrible service. I asked for their address and they said they are off shore. What a horrible business.

If I could give no stars I would! I booked and the next day (not even 24 hrs later) tried to cancel and they wouldn't refund my money! After I told them the hotel was willing to work with them to get their money. If you don't want to lose money I would stay away from them!

Through another booking site I was routed to this company unbeknownst to me. They booked me into a Hotel that is not even open and I was not able to check in and had to find another Hotel. Reservation Stays is not wanting to refund my $388+ that was immediately drafted from my credit card. They are telling me I have to show proof that I booked another Hotel in order to get my money back from them. How does one thing have anything to do with the other? It looks like I will have to take other steps but will likely not get my money back that they scammed me out of. Please DO NOT use this site/company!

I booked a King Sized Bed in Double Tree - Hilton in Silver Springs, MD this week and when I opened the door, I got two doubles. I called the front desk who said that's what third-party - Reservation Stays ordered and she could not do anything for me because the hotel was booked solid. When I called the number on my email confirmation, I was given another number to call. I asked for a supervisor and they said there wasn't one. The next day I got an email from the so-called supervisor (from Snap Travel, whoever they are) who stated I ordered a King and it was my fault because I agreed to it. I emailed her back and said, yes, I ordered a King and you gave me two doubles. I emailed three times and have not heard from her again. Lesson Learned. Read the reviews. Worst Company Ever.

Had to cancel reservation due to travel partner's illness. Provided requested doctor's note was rejested; loss of $800! They lied on an email that stated I had been refunded and I was later told that I should "disregad" that email. Fraudulent.do not get suckered by thinking you are booking directly with your hotel!

Stay away and call the hotel directly. Refund cancellation is not real.
Giovanny who I spoke with mentioned I could cancel till 7 days before our stay.
When I received the email - it says I can't cancel it.

This company made it appear that they were a part of Disney resort and we booked a hotel room and started to try to get tickets when we realized that it was not the real Disney resort. We canceled the reservation within 20 minutes of making it and the company said they would issue us a refund. THEY never issued a refund they are impossible to get on the phone. They fight with my credit card and the dispute and I'm still fighting as I refuse to let this company rip me off. They clearly said they would refund the money and never did. When the customer service is horrible when they know you're calling about a refund they just hang up the phone on you. Avoid clicking their website at all costs!

Please make sure you don't not book through this company. The initial experience was good. The gentleman on the phone was kind, helpful and super professional. He rebooked my hotel in Las Vegas from the Galaxy to Circus Circus and told me I could expect a refund in 3-4 business days and I was the transferred to customer support. This man's name is Ron. He plays a lot of games asking for your confirmation number and then your name and dates and then hangs up on you.
I was hung up on 6 Times by Ron. I started becoming super worried because not only was I told I would get a refund but i also was told by Hotel Galaxy I could get a refund. I explained my reasoning each time and was hung up on. I then requested Ron's supervisor who was helpful and professional but still could not get me a refund or credit the money I paid towards my new booking. I feel very upset and scammed and I am not out around $500. It's heartbreaking and frustrating. Please do not book through this company.

I am attempting to cancel a hotel reservation because of an injury to a member in our party. We are unable to make the trip at this time, and Reservation Stays is keeping our $600. They aren't responding to emails and their phone lines are busy. I STRONGLY recommend avoiding the use of their services.

I got the wrong hotel! I accidentally booked the neighboring hotel, my family was a the next one. The hotel said I can cancel, she called said it was set. I booked the next one, I was fine, right. No the "wrong" hotel kept my money even tho I didn't stay. Yeah I talked to customer service same as reviews say. They keep your money and just apologize and say good bye. Woah! $134 for nothing. So sad, I'm sorry for your loss, they won tho. It's never happened that I couldn't get ANYTHING for $134 dollars.

I made a reservation for a colleague with Reservation Stays. We get to the hotel and they have no record of the reservation. So I paid for another room. Reservation Stays refused to refund the cost of the hotel room. Their customer service line has terrible service. First they couldn't find the reservation. Then in a second call I gave them the reservation number and they refused to refund the $170. Very Shoddy outfit. Stay away.

I made a reservation. Went to the hotel to check in and was told the hotel was fully booked. The hotel did not have my reservation either. The support email responded that my ticket is marked closed and not being monitored. I asked them to reschedule to the next day and that was not possible my money had been taken from my visa card with no OTP. I had to block my Visa card immediately to avoid any further deductions. The contact phone numbers never went through.

Be aware reservationstay.com ripped me off for are stay at (Holiday Inn Express Buffalo Airport) also Holiday Inn Express transfers you to this company to make reservations our plane broke down and reservationstay and Holiday Inn Express Buffalo both said (Your out of luck) we just wanted to stay when our plane arrived in Buffalo they said i needed to cancel four days early to get a refund 9-13-22... our plane broke down 9-17-22 i called as soon as we landed and they refused to give credit or the next night in Buffalo ((I WILL NEVER USE HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS AGAIN AND NEVER EVER WILL I USE RESERVATIONSTAY.COM)) make sure you ask before booking or you might be next.
