I placed a wig order with them and after telling me that they no longer had what I ordered to they have processed to take my money and not ship out a replacement item of the same value, not give me a refund! Please save your money because you will be so upset dealing with this ghetto, unprofessional, and scamming company! I have receipts, take a look at the picture! It states that the order is still unfulfilled and it was paid for!
I ordered was for 13x6 lace advertised as available on the site/. That is not what I received. They told me they didn't have 13x6 in hd even though it's on the website. What I received was a tiny wig cap wig the size of a toddler head. There *******@reshinehair.com has someone responding who seemingly has bad English and providing no solution to rectify they will admit to sending wrong customizations but give you the run around and back and forth emails about return and or Refund and expects you to pay to ship it back claiming that they only send return labels to people who buy their insurance. In other words they charge your card for hair/customizations/sizes/lengths they don't have and refuse to correct the issue. You will be stuck with bad or wrong hair

Items are advertised as a available when they really are not they will charge your card and email you to say what you ordered isn't available and ship wh9they have then refuse return and or solution

This hair is amazing, I like it. It is soft and full. So far, there has been no hair loss, no tangles. Lace suits my skin very well. In a word, I like it. The customer service is very good. I will buy it again. Five stars because I got what I wanted
The seller is very nice to answer all my question and help me to solve the problem about payment. I received ALOT of compliments on the water wave wig i ordered. I love it so much. I am going to order more to from reshinehair
So my original order was for 13x6 22in hd lace 250 density straight wig. That is not what I received. They told me they didn't have 13x6 in hd even though it's on the website I said fine give me 13x4 hd instead. What I received was a 13x 4 regular lace not hd lace 22in 180 at most really maybe 160 density wig. I'm very disappointed as a long time wig wearer I know the difference between laces and density and they did not send me what I paid for. The two stars are for the hair it's self seems nice.
I am a bit worried before ordering, but i got my hair within one week. Seller keep me in touch via email. I got my lace front wigs before birthday photoshoot. The hair is so nice.
Beware of this company. The hair is not as advertised. They also give you a run around and do not honor their return policy.
Tip for consumers:
They do not honor their return policy which states item will be refunded with 15 days if unworn.

I love this wig sooooo much,it's really soft,and no tangle,no sheding, the delivery is fast and customer service is very good. I will buy it again!
