This website is a fraudulent scam website. I ordered on December 11 and although on the 14th it added a shipping number, it is still in pre-shipment and has not actually been shipped out yet. I sent a message on both email and their website with one response to "look into it" yet they ghosted me after it and left me hanging with no update or shipping. I am now in contact with my bank and have started a dispute for the transaction because they didn't respond when I asked the company for a refund and buying through Shop didn't allow me any customer support to get a refund.

I looked on Etsy and although I found many positive reviews from this year with seeming no problems, I also alarmingly found many negative reviews stating that they either outright don't send the items or they send them weeks late. I highly recommend no one buy from this website as the shipping and customer service seems to be extremely unreliable (if the 5-star reviews are even real).
