I was very excited about my 1 week vacation in PCB. After 2 whole years I was on countdown... When we got there to check-in I noticed that something was off. They gave me the keys and I took the elevator. Got to the condo and when I walk in I noticed that people were living in there. Went back to front desk and they told me that they gave my condo do someone else as a mistake. After 2 long hours they found me another one in the building and when I open the door I felt like I went back to the 70's. Place was full of sand on the floor and extremely filthy, bathroom doors had no locks, stove was broken, leaks on the ceiling, bad electricity issues... long story short, place was not worth the $1000 I was paying. I talked to the manager and the only thing I got was $169 check-in fee back. It ruined my vacation and I am leaving this review here to let people know that it is better to find some place else in Panama City Beach to stay. My experience was not satisfying at all and I feel extremely at loss. Beware!

Extremely disappointed in this resort management company and the way they are conducting business. I planned a family vacation for July 1-5. Reserved "four condos" on February 9th, signed all agreements electronically, deposits were paid. (Two senior citizens are included in this vacation.) Total price was $1,523.24. Found out on March 17 that all four reservations were canceled due to an error in their pricing! Now, the price has increased because they said the rental price was too low. Now the total price is $2,212.31.
Management refuses to honor the original price on the Agreements. They have a sentence in their general terms (attached, section 33) stating they can cancel reservations at their discretion, but it's hidden in a paragraph that talks about unruly behavior on the premises. There's no clause that says they will cancel your reservation and then increase the cost by over $170 per night!
With everything going on in the world right now, it really would be nice to see honesty in business!
Summit Room 1230 I have had numerous issues since booking with resort collection at the beginning of September. They changed our room without letting us know for starters. They no longer managed the room we originally booked. Then tried to put us in a awful room with bo view. I called 3 times and was finally able to swap to a 12th floor room. Fast forward to today Oct. 11th, we get here and check in, go to our room and it's disgusting. There is molded coffee left in the coffee maker, an onld k cup in the kerug, mold and food all over the couch and love seat, food crumbs all over the coffee table and dining room table, the rug and floors were not cleaned. There was stuff all over the floors and rugs. The cou term had stuff on them and there was a roach under the coffee pot. I emailed photos to guest services and they emailed me back saying they will send someone to spot clean. Hours later after the message was sent and I had already went and bought cleaning stuff to clean and started cleaning myself someone comes with a spray bottle, rag, and garbage bag. I let him know I was in the process of taking care of it and he said said okay I'll let front desk know. I WILL not be staying with resort collections again and we've stayed here a few times now and never had this many issues.
