I have ordered minimum 2k worth of supplies ever month from restockit since about August of this year switching over from local warehouses. I must say the prices are far better and although sometimes the tracking info provided brings up no information on the website the shipment is usually at my door within 2 business days often making my customer inquiries pointless.
FOR MANY YEARS I HAVE FAITHFULLY PURCHASED MY PAPER PRODUCTS AND OTHER SUPPLIES FROM ReStockIt. DURING COVID WE ALL CUT BACK. BUT JUST A FEW WEEKS BEFORE I PLACED MY LAST ORDER I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM YOU SHOWING HOW MANY REWARD POINTS I HAD. WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER AND TRIED TO USE THE POINTS THEY WERE NOT AVAILABLE. NOW IT SHOWS ONLY WHAT I RECEIVED FROM THAT ORDERED. DISAPOINTING NOT BEING ABLE TO USE THOSE REWARDS AFTER TAKING YEARS TO EARN.

Great prices
Delivered as promised but less paper than what I usually get. Marathon paper towels have significantly more paper than this brand. The box is significantly smaller ….even though it says there are the same number of paper towels there is less paper there.
Just whenever we receive toilet paper I cannot believe the condition of the boxes they are delivered. They are usually all busted up and retaped on all 4 sides. Do not know what the deal is with that but otherwise it does come.
For the most part they have the best prices with the exception of a few items.
& I received big buckets!
I bought 4 cans, all 44 gallons.
There was an error, if I'm to be all honest.
One was a 52 gallon, & it is mine of the lot.

Big buckets are surprisingly expensive and I wanted a new one. The price per one convinced me to stock up, these buckets are going to wear the tide & are a long for the ride.

I am happy with the product I ordered, however, I thought it odd that the five spindles that you shipped me were shipped individually in five separate packages, whereas all five could've fit in one. A waste of money in shipping costs if you ask me.
