Retouche

Looking for someone online to touch up several photographs by improving the images, putting in new backgrounds, and cutting out other people. I stumbled onto retouche but could not have been more pleased. The work was professional and suite me to a tee. I highly recommend them.

Excellent work that exceeded my expectations. They resolved a difficult lighting disparity when joining images from two separate photos. The finished product was a flawless outdoor photo where the people appeared natural and were compatible with the background. I would use Retouche again, and would recommend them without reservation.

I have submitted photos for improvement three times and Retouche has fixed my errors or turned an object around to improve my photographs. They are personal and there is a quick turn around with the work requested.

Paul and his team are consummate professionals and their experience so broad that they just know how your photos need to be improved, before you even ask. And they will faithfully represent as many of your editing requests that it takes, in a prompt and professional manner until you're 100% satisfied with what they've produced. I have used several groups over the years in regard to photoshop and / or photo editing services and Retouche delivered the very best quality I have ever received! My projects were not simple and required a lot of detail and moving many faces and / or bodies from one photo to the final product. I have had hundreds of people look at the final photo since Retouche finished as it is framed in two spots. No one can tell who was photo-shopped in as their work was flawless, perfect, and absolutely amazing.

I used Retouche to edit one of my family photos to insert 4 different people. You would not know that they were photo shopped in the final edited photo. They did an amazing job. They provide a very quick and efficient service. I would highly recommend this company.

Retouche.com did an amazing job restoring a very old, damaged black and white photo of my mother when she was 22 years old. The work they did to repair the photo as well as restore color was so natural, one would never know the photo was not originally taken in color or that it was ever damaged. My now 86 year old mother is delighted with the final product, as am I. The staff at Retouche was professional, prompt and very courteous. I would definitely use them again and recommend their services to all of my friends and family.

When my mother got married 53 years ago, for some reason the photographer chose to take her photographs In front of some very ugly buildings. On the day, it was also raining so the ground was very wet. Having tried and failed to get a company to enhance my mother's photograph, I came across Retouche. My mother always wished that the background of her photo was a garden or some nice trees instead of the unsightly buildings. When I made this request to Retouche, not in my wildest dreams did I think they could transform my mother's photograph so much! It is absolutely gorgeous. The background is now a beautiful garden with a lovely pathway. Even the sharpness/quality of the photograph has greatly improved. The new background is exactly to scale with my parents. I could not recommend this company more. I will most certainly be using them again if the need arises.

This is my second time using Retouche. They did a great job with my wedding photos a few years ago, so I used them again to have new baby photos fixed up to be "Christmas card ready". Once again, I am very pleased with the results!

I work in photoshop regularly, but there are still some techniques I struggle with. I sent in a photo, got a quote within 24 hours, and received a final product in about the same amount of time. Definitely worth the small investment I made. Thank you, Ill be back!

Highly recommended! Rely on Paul for our professional retouching and he always does a great job with unlimited corrections with good communication via their website on progress of the job. I wouldn't use anyone else.

I have used Retouche twice now to edit pictures from my honeymoon and also some portraits from my wedding. Both times I have used this service they have done an amazing job at responding to my requests to the best of their ability and trying to get my pictures back to me as quickly as possible. Even after I completed an order and realized there was one last thing I meant to have edited they were happy to assist me for no charge. The website was easy for me to use and if I had a request or question I generally heard back same day or next day. The quality is extremely professional and fairly priced. I can't say enough about how positive my experience with them has been and I would definitely use them again!

I asked Retouche to remove glare from the glasses of a dear friend of mine and it was done unbelievably quick and to perfection. Paul is amazing! The best part about them is their attention to customer service. I had an issue downloading my finished pic and Paul worked diligently with me until it was resolved. I am a business owner myself and know full well the importance of ensuring my customers have a great experience so it was refreshing to work with someone who was equally concerned in making sure I walked away fully satisfied. Super easy to use their site, and they don`t charge anything before you`re 100% satisfyed. Good communication and quick answering my e-mail each time, even though we are in total different time sones. I had a quite big order and they managed to get it ready in 24 hours.

This service provided by the retouche team is so great! Every picture hanging in our home has been 'retouched' which gives our photos a nice finished, cohesive and professional feel.

For my most recent order, my husband and I had some professional pictures taken which we wanted to use for our Christmas cards. In less than 24 hours I had all 5 pictures back and they looked great!

They were able to work wonders with a photo when others were telling me it couldn't be done. Very impressive results. The business model also works well because there's a watermark on the photo until you are satisfied with the edits. Will use them again in the future and I highly recommend.

I am over the moon with the final result of my special Christmas card project. I commissioned Retouche to turn a black & white picture of a little boy to color, then add him to a color picture with a little girl. Paul did not disappoint! Not only was Paul able to get it done in record time, but the final picture looks so authentic that Im certain everyone will be wondering if the two in the picture really shared that moment together. Job well done and Ill be using Retouche Services again.

I am writing a book about the life of a dog. I had photos which were 35-45 years old. After contacting Retouche, they taught me what needed to be done before sending them the photos. They did a great job; they removed glare, removed an unwanted arm and hand in the photo, and enhanced the color. I thank them.

I am very picky and Paul worked through everything with me in a timely and patient manner. They are also creative and helped me achieve everything I wanted. I will be coming back to them for future work. Highly recommended.

I agree with the rest of the reviewers - the company is totally unprofessional in editing and in dealing with customers. They charge your credit card before even doing anything to the photograph. Editing/retouching is so poor it looks like a high school student is doing it.
Do not even start with them - look elsewhere.

I did, it seems, make a mistake in my initial submital to Retouche however my attempts to correct my error were ignored with responses totally indifferent of any effort to correct my intent.

The final product although it did include a correction I had not requested was marginal at best even with the inclusion of some repeatedly requested corrections.

Bottom line, I have received equal or better work for other more complex projects at a much less price and a more rapid response time. I used Retouche only because I lost tract of the previously used firms. I will definitely expend more effort to locate other sources for any future projects.

Communications with Paul, who seems to be the primary spokesperson for Retouche, are difficult at best. He seems to be rude and totally indifferent to any thought of the customers wishes.

Worst customer service ever! I uploaded a picture of me and my daddy that just passed away, I wanted repaired for his obituary. It's the only picture I had of the two of us together ( I actually mentioned this in note to them) The response I received back was rude so I commented on that fact, only to get a even worst response. The person's name was Paul he was nasty and unapologetic. Their bootleg website wouldn't let me delete my picture or information from the site. Don't waste your time or money with them especially if your a person of color they don't want our business!
