With retouchup.com you have no idea what you are going to get. Sometimes they do an amazing job with a quick turnaround (yay!) and sometimes they take two full weeks to get a job back to you and completely ignore your retouching requests. My orders almost always get flagged for internal review (which can take days!) and even then the order comes back unfinished with my notes ignored. Reaching out to support doesn't help as they tend to be condescending and unhelpful, sometimes even rude.
I really liked working with this company but have received really poor customer service recently. I want to warn other people.

I paid for a rush service. That was supposed to be done in six hours and it took them 26 hours. But they would not refund me.

I have only used this photo retouching service for one order of 3 photos, but I was ENTIRELY satisfied by service, quality, price, and turnaround time. They even called me to clarify price I would be charged. Highly recommend.
I applied a coupon to my order. Rather than notifying me that the coupon I used wasn't valid for my order, the company went ahead and charged me without notifying me. I wrote to customer service, explaining that this was poor customer service and that they could have at least let me know about my error. They didn't even bother to respond! This speaks volumes about how little they value their customers.
They charged me for a service I never authorized and their customer service was rude. I asked for a quote and never authorized the work. Then they went ahead and did it and charged me anyhow.
Their customer service reps do not know how to communicate with clients. Unprofessional, rude, and extremely arrogant.
