Amazing Response to a Refund
August 3, 2022

The staff member, Bree, who responded to my request for a refund was so lovely and understanding. They told me what I needed to send them and happily set into motion a refund immediately. I put in the request last night and have been told I will be receiving a refund within the next 5 to 7 days. A very quick turn around. I will look forward to my next order :)) )

Get surprised
November 21, 2018

Get items with modified description to fit on the retro-stage.
Or maybe getting rare item, result of mistake.

When you once received your good, you get unlimited access to funny emails bonus:
Just try to get your money back.

Your new item will always stay with you. It is to expensive to send back & for extra security you get no address.

RIP off site

The dress is a joke. Bought the bundle so the petticoat would match. Got a dress that is NOT even cut to accommodate a petticoat, and the "matching" petticoat is 6" longer than the dress. They want me to pay to return their dress and will only issue me a refund IF they feel the dress is in good condition when they get it back. Do not do business with these people. They're going to send you a low quality knock off that isn't what they advertise and then screw you on a return

I was a bit worried ordering a dress from a foreign country, but there was no problem at all! The processing of the order took about 6 days, then the shipping took about ten days as advertised. I could track the package all the way. I ordered a knee-length dress in the 50´s style and an underskirt to go with that. The size was the same as in the table on the website, I measured myself and the dress fits perfectly. I love the dress and everyone says it looks great! I will probably order again. :) (The photo was taken right after the dress came, it surely needs some ironing before I wear it.)

I ordered 2 bathing suits and both came in horrible quality. They are stitched together poorly and are made of low quality fabric along with buttons that don't even match the color of the garment. If that couldn't get any worse, the person who I talked to in regards to returns was extremely unprofessional and rude. Will never buy from them ever, don't waste your money! They are the worst!

From retro stage.com, I have purchased a 1920 dress for my daughter and sent it to college for a 20's Gatsby Halloween party. I took the advice from the reviews that I had read, an ordered a size up for my daughter. Normally she wears a medium, but she has a large bust and flat bottom and it fit GREAT! Perfect across the chest, a little loose in the waist (which isn't a bad thing) and hugged her bottom in the right places! Plus, she is petite, and all the other dresses I looked at looked to be very long! She loved the length, fit her like the model you see pictured! The dress stops first and the fringe came to mid thigh! She was a big hit!

They have horrible customer service! They make it impossible for you to return an item! That is not 100% customer satisfaction! Take days to return email! The dress i ordered did not come in the same fabric as the picture on line!

I finally received my dress I ordered Dec 5 to wear on NYE on Dec 31! Talk about the 11th hour. I love retro-stage's dresses. I have bought 3. Glamourous. Well-made. My problem is with their non-existent customer service. Have a phone # that works. Have a link to online chat assistance. Let customers know you are shipping from China & not the US. Transparency is key. These dresses are worth the wait, but you have to let your customers know there will be a wait. I will buy more dresses from you. I'll just plan far in advance. Thank you!

I ordered two dresses two weeks ago and have yet to receive a confirmation order or a tracking number. I have sent an email to customer service on two separate occasions asking for an update with no response. I understand that they may be busy due to the current global situation but two weeks is an excessive amount of time to respond to an inquiry. I've read other reviews so it appears that others have had a similar experience and that the only way to get a response from their terrible customer service is to post a negetive review. My card has been charged and I have no idea if I will ever get what I paid for despite paying for faster shipping.
Really disappointed.
