I ordered over $200,1920s Gatsby dress, shoes and accessories and a red rose dress with red heels. The Gatsby shoes are junk, poor quality Chinese crap! The red rose dress looks nothing like what was pictured on website and size runs small. I haven't even received the red heels or Gatsby accessories yet? Everything I ordered was a disappointment. I've Emailed asking about returning at least 4 emails sent and no reply! Customer service phone number just takes you to some recording for medical alert necklace!? WTH! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered two dresses, they look nothing as advertised! Nothing at all! I paid from my own packet to send them back, provided them the Shipping tracking info, it is confirmed that the package arrived on Jan 11,2023; as of today Jan 23,2023 didn't receive my $ back. Slow in responding to emails in hope that the customer will forget! The dresses aren't fit even for Halloween dress up!
Tracking number proved by Canada Post as received:CX*******CA - I sent them the confirmation - but nothing happened! NOTHING AT ALL! 21 EMAILS - and no resolution! SHAME on such scam company!
I really like the dress. I bought it for a 20s party. It fits perfect but im short so it a little longer than i like. Other then that it well made and great for the price. They frequently offer great coupon!
I purchased 3 dresses and petticoats- I expected good quality because I had bought a 1920s dress earlier that was good quality although not a great fit. The 1950s dresses were horrible- cheap material and busted zippers. I promptly returned them and they refunded someone else for my stuff and have been telling me for weeks that they have refunded me. I have sent pictures verifying that I have not received the refund but they just continue to send a copy/paste reply. I will never purchase from them again.

When I ordered the yellow polkadot dress I was so excited. However, when I received the dress I was very disappointed. The material they used a lot cheaper then the one pictured. When trying to return the dress they make you jump through hoops. I have to return it at cost to me with a tracking number. If I send them the package without a tracking number I get NO refund. Also they need me to email them the tracking number, order number, item number and other things. I will NEVER order from them again.

I did have to wait awhile for my dress. And the dress is gorgeous, but a little tight. In stead of returning I opted for the 5pound refund and 25% of my next order. So lucky enough I sold my dress on to my nieces who is a 1950s queen. And just waiting for a response with my refund and 25%. But I do like the company. Selling some wonderful things.
I ordered a beautiful 1950s dress. It came much sooner that I thought. It truly was beautiful and unfortunately it did not fit. I contacted customer service who responded to be right away with a solution to the problem. Even though I couldn't wear the dress my experience with this company was excellent.

If I knew first...
I ordered two dresses and one underdress.
One dress and the underdress arrived after some weeks.
The dress does fit.
After contacting them I was proposed refund of 5 dollar - I thought they must be kidding.
I told them this would be not acceptable the dress doesn't fit I don't want to keep it.
Then the answer was return on your expenses.
Sorry I am in Europe and should pay for shipment to USA?
And there is still a dress to be delivered for which I wanted cancelation.
There is no mention on this in their emails.
I have the impression that the money is lost.
I will only get partially delivered and the product can not be used.

Great fitting clothes that fit really well. All types of clothing you're looking for dresses swimsuits shoes and onesies something for any occasion.
This red sparkly strapless dress is the most beautiful thing! However, I'm a 5'8, size 8, in shape dancer, and I could not get into any of them! Their return policy is extremely difficult. I finally ordered an XXL, cut a huge slit in the inner lining, sewed the edges back up, and was FINALLY able to make it work in the XXL. Again, it's GORGEOUS, so I was dying to make it work, but it's impossible to get into (pulling down or up over your butt) without adjustments.

I usually don't enjoy walking around in a bathing suit, but since I received the 2 I ordered from retro suit, I'm looking for any excuse to be in one I love them! They are exactly what I expected. The fit is perfect. The material is high quality, well-sewn, doesn't feel like it could be ripped or snagged easily. The style is adorable, and I truly feel cute/attractive when I wear it, which is the most important part for those of us who struggle to feel at ease with so much skin showing. The cut of the bottoms is good: the back didn't give me a constant wedgie. The front covers enough skin that I'm not concerned about my bikini line showing (useful if you've skipped shaving that day). The high waist is perfect for anyone who wants to cover their tummy without wearing a one-piece (stretchmarks, jiggle, C-section scars, etc). I am 5'6", 120 lbs, 32A-34B depending on bra brand, and my suits were Small.
Overpriced for cheap, Halloween costume like material. I would not buy from them again. The dress looks and feels really cheap, it doesn't lay well at all. 2 stars because it shipped fairly quickly.

Answer: XL is a Uk size 14 you have to look at the measurements not the Uk and Us sizes as they are a bit out. The sizing chart is at the bottom of the page of the required item go by the cm, s or inches

I ordered 2PCS White Blouse Top & Suspender Pants - White / XL / 10~12 and the size was smaller than a 10, about an 8, but you couldnt wear the pants anyway, so doesnt matter. They list XL as 10-12 but i would still size down and with how the pieces vary greatly, that might still be false.
