Hasta ahora la atención ha sido perfecta desde atención a cliente hasta la pagina oficial de Facebook, me he seguido el pedido desde que salió del lugar de origen, espero con ansias que llegue mi producto ¡YA!

He comprado un vestido en RetroSatge desde el 6 de Agosto 2021 lo cual el 11 de Agosto 2021 se autorizó y se entregó al transportista, y desde esa fecha hasta hoy no he recibido nada, las actualizaciones son muy tardías el 14 de agosto 2021 al 14 de Septiembre recorrió una distancia considerable pero el dia 18 de Septiembre se esta regresando al lugar de origen, lo cual me hace dudar si en realidad me llegará mi compra.
Según atencion al cliente mi compra llegaría en 9 a 15 dias habiles, han pasado 27 dias habiles y 41 días naturales y NADA
Estado; Decepcionado.
