I saw the offer and took thought I might try it. However due to a knee surgery of a tumor removal, I felt I will have problems and more pain if I did the program. I canceled a few hours later explaining my health issue

I've have - after struggle - been told that the subscription fee will be reimbursed, but it could take 10 working days. I will believe it when I see it.
The app has been malfunctioning for a week. Miraculously it wasn't working in time for me to cancel my subscription. So I got charged for multiple months while I had a complaint open with them. Of course, they aren't going to give you a refund. They told me they would but then withdrew that. I just kept getting a message that they're very sorry this isn't the outcome that I wanted when they didn't give me the outcome they told me I could have. The messages felt like they were generated from AI. Totally frustrating and shows no integrity. So I have a nice broken app that I am paying for. It wasn't that great when it was working.
I didn't mind 'trying' the app for £15 for 1 mth. Was interested in the Pilates which was ok. It auto renewed for £38, more than a gym membership! Ripped off. I would not want 2 mths of this app it's not good enough. No message to say it would auto renew. Scammers.

I bought the cheap initial plan for 12 dollars, and suddenly they charged me the next plan for 38 dollars and without my consent. I am disappointed and worried if they will continue to charge this charge to my bank card for the next few months. Don't buy it, false advertising. And the eating plan is nothing new.

30-day money-back guarantee is simply not true. As I did not have the opportunity to explore the app before purchasing or receiving a trial, I trusted the money-back guarantee; otherwise, I would not have subscribed so quickly. Simply dont waste your money on this app
I joined (my error) last night and within 3 minutes realized I joined the wrong program and messaged them immediately. After numerous messages and they kept offering me incentives to stay I said no. They said they'd get back to me within 24-48 hours. They just emailed me telling me how lucky I am that they'll only charge me 50% and give me lifetime access. No, I want my money back. I don't want to be associated period with a company who is this unethical. Horrible service. My husband is an attorney and said this is unethical practice and he will get involved next.
A year ago, I don't remember when I must have clicked on something on Instagram out of curiosity to see about Reverse Health. Well, a year later they charged $99 for a recurring subscription. I didn't know I was subscribed. When I looked on my iPhone under subscriptions, Reverse Health does NOT show on the list. I had to seek out their website to make sure I was unsubscribed (I didn't even know I was subscribed!). They won't refund me even though I never use their program, and didn't know I had access to it. Instead they show me a screen grab of their policies that my subscription is non-refundable. Well, I never saw this policy! I'm like, where was I shown this?
Do not click on anything from Reverse Health, even if you're just curious.

I requested to cancel this within a day of taking it out. The app has been deleted and never used. I have emailed the company numerous times now regarding this issue and they kept replying trying to offer me something else. I was then charged again but they refunded that one and cancelled the subscription however they still haven't refunded me the original charges. They are now saying the time has lapsed and I won't get my money back so I have basically paid for something that I requested to cancel within 24 hours and never used! Yet another company that wants to swindle you into a subscription and refuses any refund if you want to cancel!

Beware of their subscription auto renew function. They'll keep taking money for something you never asked for or wanted. You'll get scripted responses to your request for a refend and a whole lot of offers for things like longer, cheaper subscriptions but you'll never get your money back. They say they can't process a refund when it's actually that they won't. They care about money, not your health. Run far far away for this mob.

They put an ad on instagram for 5.99 and chargee me twice within a month on my paypal account 15,99 and 38.99! They don't answe messages. This is a ripp off.
Auto charged me, was willing to cancel the subscription, but refused 179 refund. Horrible company. Their customer service is horrendous.
"Cancellation" only means that your subscription won't renew! It does NOT mean a refund. Upon opening the app, I saw that it was very geared towards giving you a specific diet and planning all your meals. TERRIBLE if you have a family to feed also. Did not appear at all flexible. Then, after an HOUR on the phone with "Belle" (also known as aggressive contractor in some overseas call center) I was referred to account services to see if the could refund my subscription. Fortunately, I can dispute payment on my credit card, because "Belle" was just an agressive upseller.

The biggest scam and rip off I have ever had to deal with. Can't speak to a person, can't cancel (tried and thought I did) had to cancel my credit card. Thinking about this... DON'T DO IT!
And they don't stand by their "100% satisfaction guarantee"! More junk science having us starve ourselves then shame us for being hungry. They have "nutrition coaches" that know less than my 5 year old about how to eat. Stay away! Such a waste!

A month's subscription does not mean a month. It means they'll take your money for subsequent months without notice. And they won't refund. They are unscrupulous in their practices, collecting money for a service you have not agreed to extend.
The programme itself is simply healthy eating but doesn't promote weightloss, and the app is so flawed it's laughable.
You won't find any negatives of note on their Facebook community as all posts have to be admin approved and they'd rather email answers than post things they don't like.

Their Auto Renew policy is an unfair contract term, and if they were at all concerned about their customers they would remind them prior to renewal to enable them to cancel. By taking the money out of my account with no warning they have left me in serious financial difficulty, struggling to afford food for a plan that is basically not worth it. When I raised this with them, they make pathetic offers of lifetime membership for free (worth £399, apparently), but cannot refund me the initial sum. I already have a life threatening illness and this companies uncaring attitude has made it much worse.
If I could select zero stars as a rating, I would.
This company is nothing but money grabbing who claim to give a $#*! but really don't. I purchased this and had issues with using the app straight away. Once I requested a refund, they did nothing but hound me to stay by offering every free thing under the sun. It was down right harassment even though I made it extremely clear that I just wanted my money back. I was then offered a 50% refund and then told them that I had taken screen shots of all messages and would do whatever I needed to do to warn others. They promptly said they would refund the full amount within 5-10 business days. That was on 30th March 2024 and still have not received refund even though they claim to have refunded me. Reporting them to the ACCC.

Interesting to see the reviews that are not actually IN their site not are through trust pilot and jabber. Please be aware, from reading others, my point of brow appears correct. They don't care, they don't keep in touch and they are after your money. Be very mindful of that auto patent in PayPal. I'm blocking them on all y screens as I only want to leave out to the ethers now, their karma. When I tired to cancel due to my injuries, the first free ladies were lovely, Csilla. You were unsympathetic, uncaring and just wanted the money. Thanks for making me even more aware of who works for them and what is representative of that company.

When viewing the videos/informaion for this weight loss plan, I was encouraged to see that they appeared to be really looking at the obstacles for women losing weight. They were taking into account cortisol and other hormones. I liked the idea of some individual coaching and support. I joined but very quickly realized that there was little room for substitution (such as flour and sugar which I do not eat), very small portions and finally not enough health fats. Healthy fats and protein is what keeps us full. I emailed them within 24 hrs stating that this was not the plan for me. I received a generic email back offering more months for free (why would I want something free when I don't even use it now) clearly they did not read my email. I have tried again to get a refund-- the product is not for me based off of my dietary approach and I am not changing what has worked for my medical health because they claim I will lose weight. Shame on them for not offering a refund.
