Great app and website, both very straight forward. Accidentally ordered the wrong size and was able to cancel and reorder effortlessly online without having to wait on the phone forever like most businesses. Also received my item earlier than expected and the shipping was FREE! Thank you Revolve for a great first experience.
I received my dress on august 6th and returned to the carrier on the 24th and was received by revolve on the 25th. After multiple follow ups, on September 11th, they asked for the return tracking number(which means the dress was received and they were unable to relocate it) After 23 days, the stated that they cannot return the money because the dress has a stain! The dress was lost and they are denying it. And blaming me for a stain that was not caused by me but with their negligence. They refused to provide pictures of the stain! I asked them to return the dress and they don't know where is it! So funny and sad at the same time

I thought I'd give Revolve a try since they offered prepaid returns within Australia, where I live. The products that arrived were of terrible quality so I returned them, which was a straightforward process. However, 13 days after they had received the return (according to postal tracking), I still had received no acknowledgement that they received the parcel, let alone the money back.
After a few days of chasing them up, the sent an email to say they refunded the purchase. However, it was $145 US short of what I paid.
Having chased them up again, they said it was because it was my responsibility to apply for a customs tax refund from the government. They sent me a link directly to the tax refund form, which had a lot of jargon on it and asked for information that they didn't provide.
After checking directly with customs, I was informed that only the importer - ie Revolve - who "paid the taxes" and filled in the import declaration could apply for the refund.
I am STILL waiting for the refund in my account and a response about the tax.
Clearly, it was all BS from Revolve!

Revolve’s fashion assortment is unique and really appeals to me. Everything looks good on the models and sometimes it works on me and sometimes it doesn’t. But I can’t help but try it for myself.
It's too bad their customer service is so bad because they have some nice clothing. I was a pretty good customer but the bad service I recently had made me not want to shop there again.

I read a lot of bad reviews here and figured my return right at the cutoff of 30days was a lost cause. I figured I'd try anyway since I wasn't going to wear the garment either way.
It was at 31 days when I remembered I hadn't sent my return yet so I emailed customer service and asked if it was too late. I didn't get a reply that day so I didn't send it in. But then they replied about 48hrs later and said it would be no problem and they would extend the time frame 3more days for me past the day of their reply. I sent it the next day and got my full refund 48hrs later. Very pleased with how they handled it and the speed of the refund. This transaction was in the US.
I usually don't look forward to cooler weather, but this year is different. The coat is beautiful. I love the colour, the fit and it has a really soft feel.

I bought a dress for my civil wedding, at first I was kind of worried it wouldn't be as the one on the page because I've had many comments on webs from Hong Kong or China that scam you, but this was not my case. The dress was from the designer it said it was, PERFECT conditions, flawless fabric, well packaged and arrived on time (Im from Mexico and I had no problem with the shipping). Thanks!

Item was gorgeous and shipping was so fast. The dress was a beautiful lavender color and fit very nicely. Length was great for my height (I am 5"1).

I made my first purchase with Revolve several months ago and had a terrible experience. I purchased a dress which never arrived at my building despite being marked as "delivered". I contacted Revolve and was told that they had delivered it to a completely different address. I live in New York on a numbered street in a numbered building so there was really no excuse for the mix up. They sent me the same dress again about a week later. Unfortunately the dress was too big and I requested a return for a smaller size. When Revolve received my request they contacted me to tell me the dress was now sold out in the smaller size. This was WEEKS after ordering the original dress when ALL sizes were in stock so I was of course upset. Revolve issued me a refund and I moved on. Recently I saw another dress on Revolve that I couldn't stop thinking about. I purchased it and received a shipping notification today. I examined the shipping notification thoroughly and noticed that they sent the dress to the wrong address again! The ironic thing is that since last time I've moved to a different New York address and they still managed to screw it up. I'm waiting for Revolve to resolve the issue but I just am in disbelief that such a big prominent website can be so incapable. I frequently purchase from missguided, asos, net a porter, boohoo, Zara and 100 other online stores and have NEVER had this happen. Completely unacceptable. Be wary if you're ordering anything from Revolve!

I 'm a high Revolve loyalty customer and my packages "must" be delivered up the driveway to the back door under the carport. As always!
Today this driver left my package at bottom of driveway OUT IN THE OPEN!
