I love shopping at revolve. The only negative is a lot of their stuff is preorder and when shopping you can't filter those off. You don't know it's preorder til you go to check out. Otherwise the clothes are great and very reasonable with returns.

Do not waste time buying from these pricks. I ordered a dress for s big event even paid $50 for next day shipping and they never even sent the dress. They suck buy from Shopbop.com way better never an issue. Revolve sucks

I purchased a swimsuit from Revolve for my destination wedding. I tried it on, realized I needed a new size, and immediately put it in the mail. About three weeks later I received an email stating that the product was damaged, and they were sending it back to me. Why would I wear a swimsuit in early April and return it the next day for a different size? This is horrible customer service, and terrible judgment. Given that this was a very expensive swimsuit, and most things on their site are expensive, I would expect better. I thought about ordering more things from Revolve for our trip, and for my bridesmaids, but this will most definitely not be happening. I will be spreading the word about how terrible this site is. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Find another site with product that is equally as cute, but they know how to treat customers with respect.

This dress fits so good! I'm 5"8,175, curvy figure, and the large fits me perfectly. I could've gotten away with a medium but I'm happy with the large. I can't wait to wear this dress out!

Terrible customer service. They promise discounts to attract customers but deceive you in any way possible. I will never use their service again as they had promised to manually apply the discount to my order but did not.

This site is great if you are looking for brand name clothing for cheap. Shipping is quite reasonable as well. Around 5 days or so. If you want 30% off your first purchase, you can call them and let them know it is your first time ordering. It's a great way to save a lot of money on your first order!

The skirt I ordered was too big. I couldn't find the order number so I called in and the customer service representative sent me a bar code to use on my return and had a new skirt sent out that I received the next day. I was blown away by the level of customer service!

Its rare to find a website you have so much positive experience with. Customer service are very friendly and accommodating. Returning has always been easy, getting a refund on orders that go on sale within 30 days is never a hassle, even applying a coupon code to an order because it wouldnt work during checkout has also been handled quickly and politely. Free returns from Australia is amazing and saves me $40 each time. Im super happy with this site and think a lot of stores could learn a thing or two!

Amazing! Couldn't be better in any way! The items are fabulous. I love that there is a price range. I can find something for any kind of event. It's my first and one stop go to shop. Returns are literally the easiest!

I rarely wear dressy pants and I just wanted to thank Revolve for the amazing quality, durable, heavy, literally water proof Arch Jogger Pants that I received in the mail today. They're so adorable, I might actually go outside to show them off! Haha! No complaints, the order came exactly when it was supposed to, I'm completely blown away by the quality of Publish Brand. I will definitely be a returning customer to by these in every other color that you have. I'm a petite guy so it was an extremely difficult size to find anywhere else. But not here! I ordered a pair of jeans that were one size too big. Revolve has an exchange option where you just write down the item number you want instead, ship the original item back, and they ship you the new item. I've never done this before and I got an email saying if I wanted to exchange, I needed to call customer service. Claudia the CS rep was extremely rude. She cut me off mid sentence and looked up my order number and said "ok so whats your problem?" she could have said "how can I help you?" I have never gotten that much attitude from customer service ever. I love the store and they carry amazing brands. If it wasn't for the clothes, I would never shop here because of Claudia.

I want to point out revolve is full of many different brands. Its not just one "revolve brand", they offer clothing by pricey designers and sometimes at a lower price. I love everything I've received and placed high dollar orders with no problem but sizing, which is general. No problem returning, or buying, and clothing is good quality. Some materials ate thinner but needed for the style and fit of garmet.

I found this website now and I feel like that makes sense they have only 2 stars because they are really suck. They lost my order and I've been contacting them a lot but nobody response. I still don't get my order or refund, email(explain) from them or anything and now the product is out of stock. I really don't know what's wrong with them. Also, I returned few items in another time but I still don't have refund too and of course they don't do anything. I really can't believe this company treats customers like this. I definitely won't buy anything from them anymore. Seriously, you guys should ashamed yourself.

I am so exceptionally unpleased with this revolveclothing. I needed a decent shirt for my new day at work in an enormous business. They sent wrong size! After much rearward and advances I at last got my right Shirt a week past the point of no return. Exceptionally RUDE SERVICE

I have had such a great experience looking through the Revolve website. I couldn't find a simple complaint however the app is an absolute nightmare. Trying to purchase 3 items and its been loading for 20 minutes. Everytime I try get into it again it does the same thing. So annoying!

I have purchased a number of clothing items and a few pairs of shoes. Extremely poor quality for what they charge! Every single purchase I have returned. Found it amazing, pre-covid, that the return center provided in California, the girl behind the desk said there was an overwhelming amount of returns always from Revolve. I am done purchasing.

Easy to buy, try and return. I end up spending more of my budget here because they make it so easy and they are pretty consistent on their deliveries! However, always looking for more variety and wish they didn't list products that are out of stock.

If you call or text or send an email, the Revolve employees are extremely responsive and very helpful.

This company shipped me faulty item. I spent two weeks corresponding with their customer service team arranging my refund. Instead of refunding me, they reshipped the item back out and made me go through the whole process again. No apologies, no help. Refunds are almost impossible, poor quality products and even worse service.

Thank you for sending me such a wonderful product. There was something a little disappointing about it. The necklace was not secured and was in a bag, so it arrived with 3 parts missing. I was sad because I was really looking forward to it. I would like it to be delivered fixed in a box. I think that way I wouldn't have ended up with a tangled necklace. Revolve's interface is not as user friendly as some of the other shopping sites. Their sales are not typically as competitive as other sites as well. However, they do have great designers and I will shop with them from time to time if I can't find a piece anywhere else.
